Very disappointed, I had always had a great experience here . However my last service was HORRIBLE! I went in for a full set and a pedicure
My pedicure tech was very rude ! Water was cold the whole time , nails were very uneven . Tech didn’t even bother to fix them . The owner didn’t even bother to make up for it or assign me another tech . I literally paid for $60 for a pedicure with the “upgrade service “ yet received the most worst service !

horrible customer service on more than one occasion. i came here about four times because it is conveniently located, and i will admit they do good work, but they always seem irritated when i said i wanted something done a certain way. i dont like when they try to convince me to do something i dont want to do because it's faster or easier for them. but today was it- i made my appointment and about 30 minutes before i get a call that the person i made the appointment with had an emergency. i said it was fine and was open to someone else doing my nails. i got there 10-15 minutes before my appointment and was told to sit down right away but then i sat and waited...and waited. 30 minutes later, 15 minutes after my actual appointment time and nothing. it wasn't until they noticed that i was annoyed that they asked if i could wait a little longer. i got up and left. i understand you're busy but time is important and just like you don't like it when customers waste your time, you shouldn't waste your customers time either. i would've appreciated a heads up about the wait to make a decision to stay or come back another day. i won't come back here again because customer service is huge to me, but ill give them 2 stars because they do good work on nails- specifically gel x nails.

Today, I visited Jess' Nails Salon for the first time. I called ahead to let them know I would be there in ten minutes, and upon my arrival, I was promptly attended to. Dom took care of my manicure with great dedication and skill, delivering an excellent result. Dom is quick, skillful, and provided excellent service. Not only was she talented at her craft, but her demeanor was warm, professional, and friendly. Having not had my nails done in years, she guided me through my options and helped me choose a beautiful color. Tracy also took care of my pedicure with great dedication and skill, delivering a great result. She took her time and was professional as well. I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received and will certainly be returning to this salon. I am now a loyal customer.

Went in this morning to get a pedicure with my best friend And her mom. I have parkinsons which causes me to shake, I understand the frustration from the technician but the aggression and disrespect was unnecessary. Never had a issue before today always felt very comfortable. Unfortunately won't be returning

Af first I was very happy with my pedicure. I got acrylic overlay on my toes. Within 24 hours I had lost 2 nails. About 6 hours later another and about 7 hours later another nail. It's ridiculous specially because I paid $93+tip

Called today to see if I could walk-in for a fill. They were very accommodating. This was my first time here. I get there, I was told I'd be with Julie at table 6. Let me preface this by saying, my last fill was done in Vegas exactly 2-weeks ago. That vegas nail tech could not complete the deep French design I requested after several attempts, so I left, annoyed, with just the colored acrylic powder and clear gel topcoat... I also popped my right ring-finger nail off yesterday, so that needed to be replaced. Ok, so I sit in her chair with the ring of gel polish swatches and I'm trying to decide what color I want painted over my fill. So Julie starts doing her thing, filing off the clear topcoat, gluing a new nail tip on, and proceeding with the acrylic application. She tried her best to match the previous acrylic powder, but of course there's a slight noticeable difference because it's a whole new nail. She's drilling, doing a really good job of cleaning up around the cuticle area, so far I'm pleased, right... then she starts applying what I'm assuming is the clear base coat, somewhere around this time, another worker calls her name to let her know she has her next apartment waiting. So she finishes the clear coat and starts putting oil on my cuticles. Now, here's where I'm starting to get confused. I've been to many nail shops during my 20+ years of getting my nails done. Some will apply the cuticle oil at the very end, some will apply the oil and tell you to go wash your hands (sometimes they say without soap, sometimes they say with soap,) then will finish with painting your nails. I don't know the difference or reasoning behind each tech's different preference, that's why THEY'RE the ones doing nails, not me! So then Julie starts writing out a ticket for $50, hands it to me and says "you can pay up front." Now I'm sitting here bamboozled like, but you didn't even paint them yet!! DF?! She tells me, "I already put the oil on, I can't paint them now." (So what she's really telling me is that even if I went over to the sink in the corner, washed my hands twice with some soap and a nail brush, no one in here could paint take 5-minutes to paint my nails and make me a happy customer???) I'm like, "So it's $50 just for this fill?" And she replies that it's for the fill, the one nail, and cutting them down. Ok, whatever. At this point, I've got so many other things to worry about back at the house to prepare for my birthday trip to Florida tomorrow, I don't feel like arguing with this lady about some damn nail polish!! As I walk up front to pay, they tell a girl in the waiting area to go back to Julie's table, now that confirmed it- she was indeed rushing to get me out of her chair. Luckily, I had checked in on Yelp and they offer a 10% discount for your birthday, so instead of $50, they charged me $45 (plus a credit card processing fee,) but I still tipped her $5 because even though I was disappointed, she did a good job on the filing and buffing. I also didn't like that the person ringing me up shouted back to her that she got a $5 tip, why is that necessary? I feel like that's so tacky. I was originally going to give them 2 stars because I was really disappointed with my experience and how she wasn't willing to fix the situation, but like I mentioned earlier, she did a good job filing and I appreciate when they take time to do that, so I decided to give them 3-stars instead. I'm not a difficult customer but dang... you see me sitting here the whole appointment with the nail swatches, putting them over my hands to compare colors, did it not occur to you that I had intended on getting them painted?? Or were you just in a rush and assumed this one mismatched nail was the birthday look I was going for?? I'm attaching pics so you can see my "finished" fill. The ring-finger is a bit peachy, as opposed to pink, and it's also more opaque looki

I usually have no complaints with Jess Nails but this morning they cut the hell out of my big toe. There was blood all on the towel and the pedicurist said "sorry the tool was sharp". Jess sat there and said nothing while they tried to glue the cut together. Absolutely ridiculous.

Hello, I went in on a Tuesday for a gelX full set and honestly left so happy with how my nails came out. The negative review comes from how little the design lasted. The first photo was taken three days later and you can already see some chipping. Keep in mind, my job does not require me to be harsh on my hands so designs usually last me weeks. I disregarded the chipping because the rest of the nails seemed fine and it wasn't too noticeable. Fast forward to Monday when the second picture was taken (6 days after the full set), and almost every single nail is chipping. Excessively. Some of the polish is completely off. It looks like I've had this set on for weeks. I paid $70 not including tip for this set, it's unfortunate and costly that they look like this now :(
