We were trying to install Starlink on our own, but it turned out to be too much for us. We called Empire and our call was answered immediately and were told the technician would be there that same afternoon, and when was. From start to finish the entire process to setup and have the satelite mounted to the 2nd story roof and wifi working was only an hour. We were sooooo impressed! The technician was very professional and obviously had a thorough understanding of dishes and the technology. We would definitely recommend!

Empire Satellites is just awesome! I had 3 different internet and satellite providers visit my property in Palomar Mountain, and after a quick walk around, tell me they could not locate an internet signal because of the trees. I then contacted Chris at Empire Satellites, and he said he had some customers up in Palomar and would be happy to visit my location. When he arrived, he thoroughly assessed my location and was the only one able to obtain a great internet signal for me! I was super impressed with his professionalism and efficiency in installing my satellite internet system and highly recommend Chris and his company for superior and friendly service.

Never was told I would be charged a $300 cancelation fee,also they told me I have to go on my roof to return equipment, don't get this internet it's slow and horrible, tmobil has home internet that works and cheaper too!

I'm only giving them one star because you have to give them a star but they don't even deserve the one-star for me. I called on Saturday June 20th and spoke to Tiffany considering new business with them she set up an appointment for me for them to come to my house Monday the 22nd between 9 and 11 a.m. no one ever showed up to the appointment when I called I spoke to Christopher he told me that they were going to be sending out the equipment and that I would have to install it myself. This was never communicated with me. When I asked to receive a call back from Tiffany it was never returned when I did call and speak to Tiffany she tried telling me the story that her mom had a heart attack tried apologizing long story short I don't recommend them for new business look elsewhere. They do not care about your business. Tiffany really needs to learn to separate business from her personal life and if the situation is that bad stay home instead of giving customers wrong information!!

Chris from Empire Satellite saved the day. Thanks to him and his relentlessly effort in providing me with Satellite after weeks of trying with Directv. Chris was able to do what Directv installers could not do. I'm extremely happy now. If you want a company that is about great customer service than Empire Satellites is the place. I definitely recommend them.
