I've seen this groceries store turn from one kind of business to another until this these past years the El Super has not disappointed the community and the new people and the those who have been there from the beginning.

On Wednesday December 13/2023 I bought two champurrados, completely spoiled, the milk was cut and it tasted horrible when I got home there was water on top and milk on the bottom, very bad experience, this can cause illness in people who drink it, this will be reported, How is it possible that they sell spoiled foodI have the purchase receipt and the evidenceBad service ??

Racial profiling, discrimination and harassment toward Non Hispanic! On October 25,2023 Aprox 6:00Pm. Please investigate and reply with a resolution!Im a biker , I was wearing my full gear (Helmet leather jacket and a small backpack) As I enter the store I was approached by the security guard who told me I was not allowed inside of the store . After asking him the reason a few time he said because I was wearing a backpack and my type of people usually like to steal stuff . I told him that he is labeling me , that’s discrimination and harassment . I said there are others in the store with bags and backpack, he replies ., well I know they won’t steal but “ You guys will”. He refuse to let me speak to a manager. After entering the store , made my purchase and ask the cashier (Bertha) to speak to a manager . She initially told me there is no managers on site . Then as I told her to speak with someone superior she ended up calling one of the manager . As I’m explaining to him the situation The security guard walked up and asked if everything was okay . The manager replied to him Yes. The security guard then went to the exit to wait until I come out and came all the way to my bike to continue harassing me .This type of behavior against customer is unacceptable.Please review your security cameras and reach out to me.

This is a run of the mill Mexican grocery store, but what really sets this store apart is it's superior butcher shop. If you are looking for the best quality marinated carne asada, pork or chicken this is the place. Always fresh and tasty. The staff here is really nice as well.

My shopping experience at this El Super location will be the last time. The cashier "River V." who knows how to speak English, I tried to confirm with him whether Juan is the store manager. As soon as I said that he was very standoffish and tried to ignore my questions. I want to confirm whether Juan speaks English because I want to bring to Juan's attention about my prior shopping experience at that location. I explained to "River V" why I asked this because what happened during my last visit, no matter which store employee (besides the one I had a problem with) claimed that they can't speak English and can't get a hold of the store manager. Instead of contacting Juan (since I was there), "River V" continued to give me that standoffish attitude and told me, "Don't be surprise that no one speaks English." So what happened during the previous visit: A female cashier who spoke English was using the toilet and continued conversing in Spanish with another worker. I don't know what was said, but patiently waited because I also needed to use the toilet. When she finally came out there was poop on the seat and in the toilet. I came back out and told her there is no toilet paper. She glared at me. My mistake because I meant to say there is no toilet seat cover. She told me yes there is. I went to check the toilet stall again and came back out and told her again "there is no toilet seat cover." She continued to glared at me and said, "You said that there is no toilet paper." "I told her I made a mistake. I apologize. But I can't use the toilet because you left poop in the toilet and the seat, so get some toilet seat. I'll wait for you do get it done to use it." I won't out of restroom because the smell was overbearing. Well, 20 minutes later, there was no toilet seat cover and the other stall is available, but just as nasty. I don't know if it's intentional, but I need to use the toilet so I had to clean the toilet before I could even use it. After I came back out from the restroom and trying to get someone to help me to get a hold of the store, everyone responded to me in Spanish. I told them I don't understand and asked "Can I get someone who knows how to speak English." Everyone replied whether shaking their head or body language that they don't understand what I'm saying. After trying to get help from different people for over 15mins with the same results, I finally decided that I won't shop there. We decided to just leave the cart full of stuff and walked out the store. In summary, this location had been the preferred place to shop even though sometimes the food: meat, fruits and vegetable were rotting or of poor quality, but the price was decent. But after all the experiences I had at this location, and I only gave a couple of them, I hope the store manage, Juan Mendoza, reads this review and spend time teaching his staff a thing or two about customer service. For now, I'll just try another El Super location.

I went to the store and the cashier Bertha Villa was so unprofessional. She scanned an item then I asked her nicely to remove it because I realized that the price was different from the price tag and she got really upset, made some mad face expressions and ignored all of my questions, really had no idea what was going on in her head. Maybe she has a lot of personal problems and takes all of that negativity to her work place, she needs help on how to treat customers better. I just went to buy something and got a really bad shopping experience thanks to her.

The cashier Bertha Villa has some personal problems, but she needs to be professional when it comes to work related. Really bad customer service. I went to the store for groceries and at checkout after she scanned an item I asked her to have it remove nicely and she got really upset made a face gesture at me after spent $100 on the whole grocery shopping ) She needs some customer service training ASAP.

Great variety, prices on some items are higher here. However they have more mexican candy pastries than anywhere else
