Everyone at this store doesn't have any knowledge about paint. It's a waste of time of you trying to find answers. They only know how to ring up customers for their money. That's it! don't come here unless you know exactly what you want..

We had the pleasure of being helped by Elisa Magallanes this past Saturday. We are painting the outside and inside of our home and needed samples of our HOA approved paint schemes. Elisa greeted us right away and was super helpful in not only printing out our scheme choices but also pulling all the color card samples so we could take them home to review and make our final decision. All this with a very professional and sunny disposition. She really knows her stuff and was extremely helpful and fun to work with. Highly recommend her!

Like many others stuck at home during the COVID lock down I decided our home needed an update. I contacted our trusted contractor, was put on "the list" and began the process of making design choices for our primary bedroom en-suite. When it came time to make paint choices I was stumped. I knew I wanted color but which color? Pinterest seemed to have a strong bias toward blue (not a fan) and for some reason every room on Houz is white! I was driving my husband crazy, collecting dozens of paint chips, lots of peel and stick samples and eventually those small sample cans started to accumulate. I knew the contractor would insist on Dunn-Edwards but there is no store close by so I attempted to use their visualizer. That's when I saw "Professional Color Consultation " on the menu. Game changer! I made an appointment!! I packed up my tile, countertop and flooring samples, I took better pictures of the furniture and rugs that were staying and headed to Moreno Valley. Pamela Nolasco listened patiently to my long explanation of my vision ( as you can tell, I'm not a right to the point kinda gal) asked some thoughtful questions of both my husband and I and confidentiality suggested Foxtail, a tawny brown! Did not expect that but as she explained it bought out the warmth of the flooring, made the tile and quartz countertop look rich and the champagne bronze fixtures we'd already purchase where the jewelry. I was convinced so we took home a sample pot to make sure it worked in our light. Second thoughts set in when I asked the opinion of friends and family, should have know! A few weeks later when the painter needed a commitment I went back to Pamela. This is when she really showed her talent. Such a good listener! After the second meeting I was reassured about the wall color and had the perfect paint for the vanity and the doors. We're both so pleased with the result. Thank you!

We drive 20 miles to go to this Dunn Edwards store although other stores are closer to our home. Our most recent visit was with their color consultant Pamela who helped us pick out some colors for our interior. She hit a home run on her color recommendations. Not only was she competent in her trade but was very warm and professional. We only use Dunn Edwards paint and will continue only using this location.

I had a fantastic experience with Pamela! She worked with me to find the perfect shade of paint for our new front door. Her favorite shade was ultimately what we picked from her curated choices, and we are very happy with the results. She sent us renderings of the color choices, so it made the decision easy. Definitely give this service a try. It was fun and Pamela was truly delightful.

This was my first time at this Dunn Edwards Store. I asked Pamela- The Personal Color Advisor for help with my Paint Color in my Master Bathroom. I have been dealing with this color problem for a month. I must have 25 different samples on my bathroom wall. They all looked terrible. I must of spent $100.00 on these samples. I came in to The Dunn Edwards store today and Pamela looked at my Master Bedroom Bathroom walls and showed me the Perfect Color on her Paint Color Wheel. She showed me Muslim Gray. She said it was very popular and pretty in the bathrooms. She was awesome. I respected her expertise and knowledge in her Paint knowledge. I wish that I would of Consulted her before I wasted my time and money on the 25 Samples. I would also like to Thank The Salesman Ivey. He has a great Personality and is a bright light in the store. Because of him I will be coming to this Moreno Valley Store for all my painting needs. He is very up- beat and represents the Company well. He answered all my concerns and questions about Paint. He was patient and he has old fashioned customer Service. He also helped me carry out my paint to my car. In conclusion, Pamela and Ivey Should be commended and acknowledged for their excellent Service to their Customers.
