Had 10 minutes to spare and couldn't get in . This is so petty . Don't post hours of operation online and in store of this is not accurate . I literally had to grab one item. Smh won't be back

Came in 15 mins before the store closed (which is 8 PM and early in my opinion). The manager (a heavier set Latina) had just locked the door when I walked to it and I know she saw me. I had to knock on it. She said they were closed. I pointed at the sign RIGHT on the door and said you close at 8 PM. I told her I only needed 1 thing. She was super rude. She rolled her eyes and let me in and proceeded to lock the door behind her. Listen. I've worked worked customer service but this is your job. My pet peeve is places closing before their supposed to. This location also starts saying their closing on the intercom in 45 mins at 7 PM. They repeat this message over and over again. Even though they didn't close till 8. So this isn't the first time. I have a masters degree in leadership. I studied how orgs should be ran. This is trash and the worst dollar tree in the area. If I didn't live 2 mins away, I would go to the one 10 mins away. Unacceptable. And I came on 2/8/23, but I'm sure nothing will happen. And these people actually think they deserve to make tons of money LOL! This is what's wrong with the minimum wage in CA. Rewarding bad behavior.

Nobody is expecting 5 star service at a dollar tree, but come on. This store is consistently bad when it comes to customer service. They lock the doors 15 minutes prior to closing, and they have attitudes.

UnExcusable customer service by Manager How or why would management refuse to assist with customer ready to check out with their purchases I've been in retail many plus years I have never experienced any customer assistance as did today The lubes were to the back of the store One employee assisting all these customer on slef check put stand She called for assistance The Mgr of the building never showed up Didn't care some people walking out others just in endured the frustration of it all District Mgr you need to rethink the management in this building if the weekly and yearly shows no profits and the shrinkage out of control remember this review
