I was in the drive through line to pick up my medicine . They took forever as always, when I finally got to the window they decided to close
for the night, even doe there were still cars waiting.

Don’t use this place as your Pharmacy, employees here have issues so they take it out on customer's who are just trying to pick up some medicine. (Take it out on your management instead (: ) And maybe get your drive through window basket fixed so that’s easier to close, some guy thought I slammed it purposefully all because your basket wasn’t shutting and kept coming back out.

They randomly close the store 1 hour early with no notification....yet they make sure they don't open that door until the minute of.....they should go ahead and close the location. Make better use with something else there

So apparently there was black out today @ around 4 or 5pm.i pass by on the to pick up my kiddo from school. I was going to go & get his medication but i said ill pick up later. Boy was i wrong. I guess all the CVS stores that they werent able to log in the system for a hour or so that what i was told . I went inside the store because the drive thru was full. I was waiting in line for more then an 30 mins not knowing that they had a blackout. There was 5 people in front of me & at least 15 people in back of me this was 8:25pm i got there @ 8:00pm. We are waiting in like patiently but I was starting to lose my patience because some kids not waiting in line like rest of us decides to cut it in front of us and that there was a sign that said (MOBILE PICK UP) WHEN clearly there was like a lot of people in mind waiting patiently but two people went to the line and all of us were just in looking and waiting and waiting because it was a hold up because of the blackout. It was very unprofessional I wouldn't give my services to CVS anymore and I would be looking for another Pharmacy it's very unacceptable and I asked to speak with the manager and apparently the manager is on maternity leave which was another thing they couldn't do anything about it so everybody who was cutting in line to go to the mobile pick up we had our app too waiting in my patiently to get a prescriptions. And they told me if I want to talk to the manager to call tomorrow and they'll figure it out they was ridiculous I was waiting in line for like almost 30 minutes waiting and waiting like being Patiently I went to the store and I had food in the car which was going to get bad and it was hot outside I had no refrigerator to keep it cold and I had ice cream melting so I thought I was going to be in and out but no it took longer than I expected. I will not be giving my services to CVS I will be boycotting this company and we going to another Pharmacy this is getting ridiculous and they shouldn't have been a notification or something on the news or an email or a text or something because my question my prescription was already right and waiting longer than I expected it should have been like that everybody was just irritated annoyed and overwhelmed and it was embarrassing waiting there and nobody knew what to do the lady who was doing the stuff was taking long time and she was a different culture and she was like oh what's her name and what's this and what's this and what's that they need to do a better job to go faster. Line or get everything going because we can't be waiting and people cutting in front of us we're waiting there and people didn't care. I'm going to be calling corporate tomorrow because this is ridiculous. This should have should have been live on the on the news station or something or notification or something or don't come in right now your prescription there will be late or it's too busy today we're on black out so forth. Im not a happy camper. I expected better from this company and was very professional how they said to call tomorrow and they said oh it's okay like they didn't care and they just gave me a prescription so I couldn't talk to anybody about it and people were just waiting there to get their prescription it was almost going to be 9:00pm and it was going to close!!!!

What’s the point of paying online and for CVS to advertise “Pay Online and SKIP THE LINE” if when you get there and the pharmacists/staff don’t pay attention to the line and keep on taking people off the regular line! Today I was there and they took like 5 other people until I finally asked if they were honoring their prepaid online line! They saw me there holding my phone and just completely ingnored me standing there! Someone needs to talk to the pharmacy manager at the IRIS and Lasselle store in Moreno Valley, CA! It’s a simple fix if they just caremore about their customers! Move your prepay online sign to a line where it can be more visible so people can see it’s there! Also every so often ask people if they prepaid online move them forward by doing so the others will know that paying ahead can save them time next time and everyone wins! You’re making everyone suffer including your own staff for being so disorganized when it could be easily resolved by making a couple of very SIMPLE adjustments!

Dealing with their pharmacy is terrible. They leave people standing in line for 20 minutes or longer. I was in the middle of being helped when their lunchtime rolled around (they close the pharmacy for lunch) and they sent the pharmacist to lunch and therefore I had to come back again after their lunch, wait in another terribly long line to finish my business with them. Waiting in line for that long is completely unacceptable. Get more staff to help when that happens... that's common sense and it used to be standard practice at businesses!

Pros: They were able to fill my Rx in a timely manner. I found the pharmacist to be helpful, a bit on the cold side, but after a little conversation, we were better. I read the reviews and wonder if niceties go farther than we think. They are humans, have bad days, get cranky customers, and process hundreds/thousands of scripts in a day. Give them a break....I would want one. I love the way that CVS handles the medication information. I get all the information I could possibly use with each Rx. I choose CVS specifically because of this feature.Cons: The wait lines are too long. There is usually only 1 "cashier" the 3 times I have been to this location. The store is quite a bit messy and dirty. This location needs a deep clean.I look forward to giving them another chance and hope they will step up their game.Update: We again visited this location and the lines were so much shorter. They were still friendly but we were in and out of this location very quickly. This has moved up for us.

Lines are usually long here but this last time was the worse. I was about 14th in line and I had people behind me. Once I got to the counter the person had no sense of urgency, very nonchalant taking his time going back and forth to a computer in the back. Unfortunately the other pharmacies in the area are no better. Guess I have to stick with the lesser of two evils.

I had a little over $5 rewards at CVS. I stopped at CVS on Iris/LaSalle to use. I picked up a bag of Reese’s, Almond Joy, Kit Kat and Hershey. Price on shelf started $6.49. Cashier rang up as $9.49 and with rewards amount she stated I owed $4. I took a pix of shelf price, but she stated she could not leave her register to confirm, so could not adjust it. I asked for a manager. Manager came, confirmed price and adjusted. When I got home, the candy was smashed and Hershey bars broken so I could not put in Halloween goodie bags.I tried to use this same $5 on Thursday to buy a birthday card at the Hemlock store. Cashier stated it was not there, so I left merchandise.I do not want their rewards $$ anymore as I waste more $$ in gas trying to use it.
