Walked into the store and received no acknowledgement, greeting or even a glance at our way. Both employees did have customers in front of them but being in customer service a simple "we will be with you shortly" would of been enough. I'm still here 45 mins later and still nothing. Very poor customer service!

What a wonderful place, I have a fractured hip. And need to get a phone Gabriel went over and beyond he took care of everything for me whilel I sat in the car. I didn't have to go in at all. The new phone is great. What a amazing employee to do that for somebody.

They went beyond and above trying to help with a problem caused by the service I was switching from. Max was trying really hard to provide plus ultra customer service and I didn't know he was a new worker. His team which I don't have their name were training him really well and assisting as well. Young lady seemed like a boss. And the other guy seemed really informative about the job. Thanks soo much! Overall they were caring and even checked in on us after hours to know if our service worked.

The one place you need to go and see first hand. Great phones. Store was super clean. The staff very polite. Walk in to buy my suegra. (Mom-in-law) A new phone. Sells rep. GLORIA.
