Make them do their job before you swipe your card to pay for your glasses. The gal told me she couldn't tell me how much would be discounted from with my insurance until after I paid.

Had an exam today and Dr Perez is great. Exam is done quick but in detail. Kathy was nice and helpful especially trying to find our insurance plan. The person doing the pretest was not so pleasant. She did not explain the pretest process nor mentioned when testing began or ended especially with the visual field. She seemed bothered when I asked if it had started. Her not explaining this results in "wrong results" as some clicks were for sure missed. I usually have trouble with NCT due to the air puff and usually blink. I KNOW I blinked bc of the mentioned and somehow she had results? makes me think she makes up numbers.

Just needed to pop in a get a few things, in and out with no problem. Grabbed a slice of pizza on the way out. Sometimes I do wish they kept more things in stock, e.g. certain items are sold for a limited time, sometimes they come back sometimes they don't. Other than that I have zero problems with this store or the employees, keep the good work.

I've tried to live without Costco but I can't. Every time I come here I'm reminded of a better world. Where prices are incomparable, food is cupped and in line waiting to be sampled, entertainers are just waiting for an audience to watch them speak with their handy dandy microphones as you watch them blend fruits. Butchers swivel their carts of beautifully marbled meats and the bakers pastries and cakes entice you with the glisten of butter and chocolate ganache. Where things are larger, in packs of two and food reaches to the heavens. You can do Christmas shopping in September and there's always pizza. Now if we could only have two gas stations.

As every Costco it's super busy. My 3 star is because no inside place to eat yet , no napkins, condiments are usually very messy and don't look tended to and it's super crowded in the food court because people are standing eating instead of just leaving.

8/1/23 6:48pmAshley was my cashier and Wendy was my cashiers assistant. Not one "Hello", didn't even say the total of transaction. I gave her my cash and I had my hand out for a good minute before she notices I'm waiting for her to grab it from my hand. Not one "have a good day" "thank you". Not a single acknowledgment whatsoever. Wendy was too busy gossiping with Ashley about how she's just working there until her 6 months are over and then she's "out this b*tch". Ashley not caring a single but about her customer service.

This Costco is always packed! Only time it's not, is when it's a holiday (cuz it's closed cx) but Fr this place is always uncomfortably packed.

Unfortunately I don't have a membership, so I only go when I tag a long with someone who does. I like their selection of products, especially the 3-piece salmon with garlic butter. It's pretty expensive, so I don't purchase it often, but when I do, it's definitely worth it. I ordered a coffee drink from their cafe and that thing was TERRIBLE! I wanted so bad to like it, because it looked quite appealing on the menu. I really need to try those churros....they seem to be a customer favorite.

Let me begin with - I ABSOLUTELY LOVE COSTCO. However, Moreno Valley Costco is something else. It is the most HORRIBLE I have ever visited and unfortunately it is my hometown store The parking SUCKS and they only have less than a dozen handicapped parking spots. Going further the store only has 5 wheelchair baskets. I have been a happy costco member for over 30 years and like many other Costco members, I SPEND ALOT OF MONEY THERE, but today I had to cut my visit short and was forced to shop at Sams club. Sams had 40 handicapped parking spots. They had so many wheelchairs charged and readily available. The accessibility was amazing at Sams. Today is a very sad day for me. GET WITH THE PROGRAM MORENO VALLEY COSTCO. This is unacceptable. You are a multi-million doll are corporation. Maybe you should build a whole new warehouse on the east end. With better planning and a bigger parking lot and ADEQUATE MOTORIZED WHEELCHAIRS to accommodate your guests

Both Costco optical and the independent eye clinic were very disappointing. When it came to the eye exam it was very difficult to get the type of glasses I wanted and the towards the end of the appointment I asked if I could get a final look at what my prescription was going to be and the receptionist said no because they were about to close. It’s understandable that they were about to close but the doctor had made changes to to the prescription so I just want to see if it was going to be able to see. Due to this, the new prescription came out wrong and I had to go back again to get it fixed which could have been avoided and saved the doctor, the optical area and myself time. The Costco optical area was worse. After having to get it fixed, the lady (Martha) made a very rude and unwarranted comment about my prescription in English because she thought I couldn’t understood. The Costco optical manager(Steve) just laughed off the comment which I found very disrespectful. I was never disrespectful even after the rude comment made and was overall disappointed with the type of people they have working there. In the end, the prescription still came out wrong and will have to go to another clinic. Although I know Costco won’t read this, I write so that others do not go and so they can avoid this horrible experience.
