This credit union is way better than any big bank. I highly recommend that you switch your banking with them.

I have been debating on writing this, but I can't let this go. I am absolutely disgusted by the service or lack there of that I have received at this credit union this past week. I came in the bank to open an account for my god-daughter. The young lady who waited on me was very nice, although she wasn't able to get her the account. I still feel like I got great quality service from the young lady who helped us. The reason I am writing this review is because I feel I was racially profiled. I came in and we were seated at a cubicle and told to wait about 5 minutes. Through that process I witnessed several customers being helped. Who came in after us. The young girl who helped me was African American. I am also African American, I feel they purposely had me wait, so she would be the one to help us. However we carried on and I was told the guidelines into getting her an account. Which was not a problem because I did not know. The issue for myself is that I had to wait for the person of my same ethnicity to help me. I think this is unfair and needs to be recognized, discussed and addressed amongst upper management. After we finished and saw another African American lady walk in. I waited around to see who they would have help her, although I already knew. There were 2 people doing nothing, besides the black girl and they still walked the black lady over to her cubicle. In this time we are living in I am so glad that I was not able to get my god-daughter an account. I don't ever want her to have to experience this type of racial discrimination. SchoolsFirst please do better.

I left my company's credit Union when my wife decided to go back to school and finish her degree now that the kids are older. I could not be happier. They got the details for my wife's car and brought it to our door to test drive. WOW! The financing was so easy I refinanced the loan on my Jeep with them. They saved me 10,000 and cut 2 years off. This is now my main place for all of my banking needs.

Came here and the staff is extremely friendly ! Looks very clean and they are all wearing masks (due to covid). They helped me out VERY fast! And I was getting a new debt card and I got to pick what design I wanted!!!

The Moreno Valley location is GREAT!. Went in during the Covid pandemic to open a new account. The whole process was great. FERNANDO IS SUPER!!! He handled everything quickly and efficiently. He helped me open a checking and savings. Helped my mom open a CD account, gave us both new cards, Explained all the options and rules that came with the account. He was just GREAT!!! Thank you FERNANDO !!! THANK YOU Schools First !!!

Joining Schools First Credit Union was one of the smartest choices I have ever made. Every staff member goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Today it was very busy when I stopped in to complete my banking transactions, but Charlotte still provided me with happy and friendly customer service. Another employee even held the door open for me as I left!

I love My Bank , But why did they stop selling Discounted Amusment park And Movie Tickets? I see all the other Credit Unions Still Selling and Ours has Stopped. Are you Guys Bringing it back anytime soon?
