Your service overall has gone down since Covid ! I use to love banking with you before however now most of your atm's either don't work or don't accept cash deposits it's horrible ! Get it together please

The teller Erica was so rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I simply went to deposit my check and get the receipt. She did not ask where I wanted the deposit, she closed everything before I was done. I asked for the receipt and she rudely stated she closed the account. She was rolling her eyes, and sighing loudly. I was so kind to her, even apologized if I was an I convince to her and I thanked her for her help in the end. She slammed the receipt through the window.

We can't even used the ATM on the weekend even on the drive thru smh. It's time to changed my bank. This bank is so useless

3/12/2022 Walked in to cash a check (Chase bank check) from my Job (First check is paper and from a well known company) the teller initiated the transaction and than cancelled it with out giving me any details on why I could not cash my payroll check. The check had no issues and I was able to deposit it in to my credit union with out any holds or rejections. Worst customer service at this Chase branch.

Just wanted to again say how nice the managers and staff are here at this location. During Covid and now, they continue to be quick and efficient, always friendly and accommodating. I feel great having my account there and I appreciate their being so kind to me.

This branch on Iris in Moreno Valley DOES NOT STAY OPEN TILL 6pm it is not even 530pm yet doors are locked and employees with their bags just watch you walk up to the locked doors!!!! Changed my mind of opening a new account......

Went in today to have someone help me with my account. I wrote my name down on the list and when I was up, the employee skipped me completely, right in front of me....to help a woman who just got there, to add her daughter to her business account. I work in sales so I know exactly why he did it. He tried to play me for a fool saying he'd help me after her. I know he was only helping himself, so I left and went to the chase bank off of Eucalyptus. WAY BETTER and way more professional. I will never go here again.

I made a call to chase on iris and lasalle Moreno Valley and who ever answer which didn't say her name was rude saying she has a customer on her desk and couldn't answer any questions at the moment.... leaving me speechless!

Came in at 4:30 trying to open up a business account, there was no attendant at the door so I signed in and waited till 5:23pm to be called ONLY to tell me that the person who knows how to open the business account was leaving in 20 minutes and that I had come back another day or make an Appointment!!!! You mean to tell there is no other competent employee who can help me after I waited an hour??? What a Bank !!!

Every single time that I walk into this chase, I have to spend over 15 minutes in line. How do you only have 2 tellers here? This is the only chase in this vicinity, the other is on the other side of the city. It is extremely inconvenient. After reading the reviews it's clear I'm not the only one with the issue. I'm here once again and there is a line of 12 people, neither atm machines are working at the moment. This issue needs to be fixed l.

So I don't actually bank with Chase, but I do have a southwest credit card with them. I like to use this credit card for the miles points. So not sure why so many people are having hang ups with this location. Most of the top 5 banks now only provide you with one to two tellers, This is to encourage people to use ATM's or do electronic banking. I personally have no problem with this location. Every interaction with their tellers has been pleasant and swift. The longest I've waited in line was maybe three minutes. Not bad, because their competitor across the street it worst. The tellers move as fast as they can and always have a smile. My last visit their were 3 of us in line 2 tellers and someone walking through the line to get your deposit slips ready. This is more than I can say for some banks. As a former banking personnel (and not from this bank) please believe me, if they could have more people on the teller line they would love to, but its's just the times we live in, gone are those days with 5-6 tellers at your disposal.

Every time I come into this branch I go in with the hopes of coming in and out. However, there's always only 2-3 tellers available and other bankers on the floor doing idk what. There should be a better system available to avoid the long wait in line. I honestly dread having to come into this place.
