I asked for an alignment on my car because my car was drifting to the right they said it was going to be $129 so I was cool with that, then they said my car was to low that they had to take out the struts in order to get to the Alignment. had to pay for labor came out $500. Got back in my car still did the same problem, went back to the shop and told him the problem again . He blamed it on some other part of my suspension. He should've told me in the first place to get that done first . All they cared was about the money not fixing my car . Never coming back to this place again.

We were heading to work yesterday and our car alerted us that we had low pressure. We headed to Arco at first to try to inflate our tires, but couldn't find the air machine. We then noticed Tire Choice and drove up to one their stalls. Josiah immediately ran up to us and asked how he could help us. He then inflated all of our tires for free. We were impressed by his professionalism and friendly demeanor. The next time we need our tires serviced, we will go back to Tire Choice.

Not all Tire choice offer the same quality service. This location however was the best as The manager Mel is very capacitated. She is very effective and gets the job done quickly.

Waited at Americas Tire for 15 minutes just to get my air pressure checked but they never even looked in our direction to help us. So I left and came here and they helped ASAP. Amazing service by this dude in a backwards hat with braces.

Tire Choice Auto Service Center came to my rescue this morning after my vehicle's tire light sensor started beeping. I was in close proximity to Tire Choice and gave them a call if I can come in.Robin responded quickly and said to just come in. She had a friendly attitude on the phone so I felt good about making my way here.When I arrived, she told me to just pull up to one of the garages and a young man helped me with filling up my tires. I was done within 2 minutes and was safe to drive back on the road.Helpful Tip:The tire shop is a bit hard to find. If you want to make your way down here, they are just north of the 60 freeway on Hemlock in Moreno Valley. They are right behind the ARCO and Burger King.

Finally found Mel at the tire choice located at 23135 Hemlock Ave behind Burger King. On 1/27/22 took vehicle to Romona tires located at 12275 Hemlock paying them $492.71 for major oil and transmission flush. I was advised to pressure wash my engine to find the existing leaks. On 06/23/22 took vehicle to Valvoline for a oil change and was told my oil pan was leaking and to have it replaced asap. On 07/12/22 I took vehicle to Mel's tire choice next to Valvoline for the oil pan,she said they'd check to see if that was the problem before doing anything. Wouldn't you know it,mechanic said oil pan is fine but you can clearly see the oil coming from the valve cover gasket..I reminded Mel when I 1st purchased this ven 2 yrs.ago she worked for tire choice on Heacock and Alessandro. She remembered and started apologizing for how fucked up Eazy and his crew of assholes are...Destroying certain ppls car is their goal and nothing but bad can come of there straight out incompetent attitude towards damage they caused.Whst goes around comes around and I found Mel for a reason..She's got good ppl. Who don't mind doing the job they are paid to do. They don't break keys off in ignitions and make you pay for a new one and more money to program the key.Mel's tire choice don't put alternators on side ways causing serpentine belts to break costing more money. Karma's a bitch ant it's coming for Eazy and his scandalous crew of puppets kissing his nutzzzzzzz.Romona tires are getting just as incompetent and their payment will be reversed back to my card for doing nothing to my vehicle..They need to be run out of business conducting business the way they do costing whole transmissions

I don't recommend this place. Don't waste your time and hard earned money. The customer service isn't a priority, making a buck is their priority and it shows. I'll tell my family and friends to stay clear. There are plenty of other choices out there.

Bought new four tires on April and got a flat on the front passenger side, brought my vehicle for repair with the warranty, and the wonderful people at the shop took care of me, within the hour.

I was driving to work when my tire pressure started dropping rapidly. I quickly exited and saw this tire shop. Turns out my tires were worn really bad. Ken was able to offer me a great price on new tires with an alignment. They were light on staffing but they squeezed me in. I'm really thankful they had my tire size in stock. Wonderful customer service!
