Did not have a good experience at all. We needed carpet for our home. We requested a quote, we were told we had to come into the shop and pick out the carpet and then pay to have our house measured. We did all of this and Vic still did not get us a quote. We consistently followed up until we gave up and decided if it was this hard to get a quote we definitely didn't want to do business with them going forward. Save yourself the $40 and learn from our lesson and go somewhere else.

Great prices, great product.. I highly recommend them over all the larger companies. Customer service was amazing. Very helpful in the store but not pushy at all, was very helpful in answering all my questions. I honestly wouldn't look any further for flooring.

Shopped around for several carpet companies and we are very happy we decided on Carpet Emporium. Vic is very knowledgeable, professional and provided overall great service ! Couldn’t be happier with our new carpet! (And it’s been a few months since the installation now). We will definitely be choosing them for our new floors next! 10/10 recommend with the whole experience!

Alfred was amazing directed me to the perfect carpet I was looking for. Thierry all inclusive price made it a no Brainer, and my carpet was being manufactured and was ready very quickly. The installers were great and very clean. Would recommend highly.

Really happy with my experience with Carpet Emporium and flooring. Vic and his team have been great. I had some issues with my flooring due to manufacturing flaws. When the manufacturer denied the warranty after several years, most flooring company probably would have said "your on your own", but Vic stepped up and replaced my flooring free of charge. Thank you Vic!! Love the new flooring!

I went to Carpet Emporium in Moreno Valley to find laminate flooring and carpeting. Vic was the one who helped me. He is very knowledgeable in both. He was very patient with me as I am very indecisive, especially since I feel it is a huge Decision. I appreciate that he was very honest with me. They have A large selection in their show room. He allowed me to take home samples of laminate flooring, so that I can be sure of my decision. He really went above and Beyond for me. And the estimate was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend carpet emporium for any flooring needs.

Carpet Emporium was wonderful. Vic was very knowledgeable in all products. He provided us with the fairest price for the materials and installation. (We obtained several bids) They were on time everyday for the install and cleaned up nicely everyday before they left for the day. They came and worked very hard and were very kind. The estimated time for install was spot on. I would highly recommend them for any flooring needs.

My dog will be getting knee surgery soon. Being that we have harwood floors, I reached out to them to see if they had left over scrap pieces of carpet that I could purchase at a discounted price, to help him avoid injury to the his knee from slipping on the floors. They were kind enough to donate pieces of sample carpet so my dog could use during his recovery. Their kindness will not be forgotten.

Highly recommended!!! Great price, great products and great service! This is our second times doing business with carpet emporium & flooring. The first time we had the master bedroom, bathroom, hallway and stairs redone and they did an amazing job! We went back to them again recently to have the second bathroom quoted and since the bathroom was so small they basically gave us the laminated wood floor for free because they had extra material and all we had to do was pay for the installation fee! They are definitely our go to when it comes to our flooring needs! The best in town!

I try to support small business over big box. So I stopped in today looking for a small piece of remnant carpet about a 2'x 2' piece for our dog house. Vic the owner was there and he found me just what I need. He went above and beyond and met my needs and gave me a much larger piece instead. Support Local and Small Business. Amazing service.
