I just bought my car on 9/13/24 and on that same night that I was driving the car and a light turned on I was so disappointed as I just quite literally got the car that same day and so I contacted my sales rep that same day and didn't get a response back so I decided to contact the dealership that Monday and they said they would call me back and nothing so I called them again the next day and nothing. So I decided to go in person and they said it would take them 5 days to check what was wrong with the car and they also wouldn't loan me a car. So I bought a car as I needed a car because I didn't have one and basically I still don't have one and I'm over heard some others that there car was in the shop for a month so I have to pay for a car that i don't get to use for the hole month. I honestly regret getting the car I'm car less and missing work some days do to sometimes I get a ride some days I don't my first car I got of a dealership and worst experience ever I'm young 19 years old they played me and they keep playing games don't go here if you don't want to get F over this is sad place don't care for there customers at all

Terrible place to go, they have dealer mark ups, they wouldn’t give me a print out of what they offered me verbally. Piss poor place don’t go here they are duds.

I worked with Alondra for a new lease. She was wonderful to work with, helped me submit docs in advance so that when I visited the dealer for our appointment the process would be quick and easy. They quote matched final numbers. Alondra is a pro and I would recommend this dealer just based on one transaction. Shout out to Jesse helping to mail me the garage door opener I accidentally left in my trade in. He sent it overnight which was totally unexpected and a nice surprise. I have a feeling at the end of my lease I'll do more business with Alondra at this dealer. Thanks y'all!

If I was able to leave no starts I will my brother is 19 years old got his 1st car here not even a week with the car and already having mechanical issues he took it in and they said they can't let him borrow a car mean while they check and find the issue with the car they told him it can take up to a month so they left him car less he can loose his job the 1st payment still not even here and he already don't have a car 20k car and they sale them all messed up don't do the same mistake don't go there sad place taking advantage of people

I bought my 2023 Kia Sorento plug-in hybrid from this dealership 8 months ago. Loved the car, got great gas mileage, plenty of space for my family of 4, no complaints. Until suddenly, I turned it on to drive home from work this week, and a message popped up on the dash that said, "Check hybrid engine." The car still drove, so I started on my way home. About 2/3 of the way home, I got a critical message on the dash with flashing red lights saying "check battery source". The car started to feel like it was losing power and possibly breaking down, so I pulled over to the shoulder on the highway and turned the car off.
Then the car wouldn't turn back on... I had it towed to the service center at this dealership the next day. Still inoperable. I spoke with Manny, who told me they needed up to 72 hours to diagnose the problem, and they can't give me a loaner car until they know the diagnoses. Which seems ridiculous. 3 days to diagnose my brand new cars obvious mechanical failure - that will be covered under the manufacturer warranty - without any offer of a ride or loaner car to get me around while they "figure out the problem". That was issue #1.
So I left my new, broken car with their service department, and no loaner vehicle, then waited. It's been 4 days since I dropped my car off, and THEY STILL DONT HAVE A DIAGNOSIS. This was a big red flag issue #2.
I've called Manny multiple times every day asking for an update. He rarely answers my calls, and when he does, he tells me, "They're working on diagnosing the problem, but it seems mechanical."
His latest response, on day 3, was, "It looks like a few of the battery cells in your hybrid engine we're 2.5v when they should have been 12v. We're having someone come out today to look at it so we can decide what parts we need to order. We'll have an answer for you by the end of today, promise." When I told him I need a loaner car because they obviously don't know how long this is going to take, he said,"I'll work on that for you, " then ended the call. I never heard back him. Issue #3 and my last straw.
I've never bought a new car before, always used, and never owned a Kia before. I was a Honda loyalist until I found Kia's line of plug-in hybrids. Now, I'm feeling ripped off. How do you install 2.5v battery cells where there should be 12v battery cells? Then, have your service department not provide the most basic accommodations in the form of a loaner car while they fix THE CRITICAL MECHANICAL ERROR ON YOUR NEW CAR??
I've lost 4 days of work because of this, had to scramble to get my child picked up from school every day and rearranged my entire week's schedule. I've never written a review on Google before, but I'm at a loss here. I wish I could take my Kia purchase back and never have experienced this nightmare.

Service is something else at Moreno Valley location. ?
This car pros kia service don't try to help their customers first they don't have loaner car and the shuttle only takes you does not pick you up.. So I called November 22nd to see if they have received my 2023 kia telluride passenger door trim I spoke with parts employee she said that my part has been there since November 16th so I had an appointment Friday December 1st for some service and I was told that the part was not there come on now you guys really need to step up on service that's really unacceptable. Hopefully when you guys receive my part your service employees to give me a call or email not like last time I had to call to check if the part was ordered or there..
Totally upset with this car pros kia had a 2024 telluride s on hold for a Kia replacement on Monday the 9th of September and guess what as soon as our 3rd party personnel for paper work got there he was told the car got sold to someone else and laughed about it Michael foad and Jesse knew since over a month about this and they still sold it. Never ever doing business with you guys whatsoever

I was referred to Car Pros Kia by Fusion Motors, and a big thanks to Gabe the Service Drive Manager for making it a very smooth, transparent, and professional experience. He was extremely helpful and attentive. I definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. They deserve five stars for showing their customers excellent and prompt service!

My air Conditioning went out. I usually go to a small business for repairs but made the decision to give the new kia in Moreno Valley my business. My car was at this particular Dealer for over 3 weeks and the person who was my Service rep was a man name Steven (Personally) I felt a-lot of unprofessionalism- with this man. This man was very nice when speaking to me but personally a nice voice does hold professionalism when it comes to keeping your customer updated on their car. I called many times due to not receiving call backs about the progress of the work and when the vehicle would be completed. Please keep in mind that I stayed off work and eventually lost my job. But….. So the tail end of the story was the vehicle was returned after the work was completed. But unfortunately my charging port was not working when i got the car back. It was working when the vehicle was dropped but not working when the vehicle was returned to me. Steve checked my charging port when i returned to the Dealership but of course not thoroughly. My son who is a mechanic said mom there is something in one of the Charging ports. (its a nail) I looked at it and it was a press on nail….. Now I'm no genius but either some lady was driving my car or that charging port was switched out. Due to the unprofessionalism I did not tell the guy Steve who was my Service rep, this would have been like drinking to much salt water (High blood pressure). The air conditioner still does not work correctly and over 5000 later I have made the decision to hold my first mind next time and take my car to a family business in my neighborhood. Yea Steve I wish you the best with your soft voice and very unprofessionalism when it comes to good customer service. * My opinion to anyone willing to go directly to the Dealer, give small business your money not the Dealer. ( at least not this location)

Do not do business with Kia. They will take your money that you do not owe and give you the run around. Car Pros took my old Kia Sorento, they told me I need to contact Kia Financing only to find out Kia Financing sends the check to them and they are trying to keep the money. RUN FOR THE HILLS! Don’t EVER get a Kia or Hyundai. Go stick with HONDA or TOYOTA. Never had an issue with them and have had NOTHING but issues with KIA

I purchased my vehicle 1/23/24 by 7/1/24 my brake light was out. I took my vehicle 7/9/24 to have my brake light fixed. Upon arrival none of the service guys behind the counter greeted me or asked me why I was there. I went up to service advisor Gabriel Kotsay and told him I had an appointment he was rude not friendly. Gabriel Kotsay only started being friendly when I told him I had purchased the vehicle from them. He told me they will take care of my break light and it should be ready in 2-3 hrs. My car took a total of 2 hrs, Gabriel explained to me my lightbulb was dark and they had replaced it and I SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY MORE PROBLEMS WITH IT. Well guess what 2 weeks later here I am again with the brake light warning on again. I did tell him I might be having electrical issues because the light will come on and go away at times but I guess he never listened to my concerns. Anyways when they returned my vehicle back to me the steering wheel was not in place as when I gave them my vehicle. The steering wheel was all the way down and not even hooked into place. I was willing to give him a good review on the survey because he asked me and he told me how to do it but now I’m glad I did not. These service people don’t always need 100 percent surveys especially if the job isn’t done correctly. These surveys help you guys know what you guys can improve on.
