They did an awesome job with embroidering my name for my military name tape. They were personable, helpful, and provided quick service. They also have a HUGE selection of hats. We're big hockey fans and loved this Ducks hat. We will definitely go back to Cap World.

Came a while ago and had hats embroidered no problem returned today to get some more done the same way and started making excuses that he can’t embroider what I wanted even though he’s already done it before. I said I’m willing to pay a higher fee and he hits me with “not doing work for 20$” as if I’m the one telling him to charge me that then proceeded to just walk away and ignore after throwing my product back at me Even though I tried to find a solution with no problem of waiting or paying extraService: Commercial embroidery
