Boo! Been taking cars here for over 20 years. Today was the last! Charged me $625 for 1 tire an oil change, an air and cabin filter. I got an alignment that was just done 2 and a half months ago... good for you Bud's, bad business for me.
Beware, the stem for your tires are $21 and it costs another $31 to install it! Hahahaha, no wonder you were completely open for appointments.
You make out once and lose a 20+ year customer forever....

I feel like they over price here I paid $404 for a terminal for my battery. I paid 200 for the terminal and 204 for labor which is crazy . They have nice men that work here but I personally would never come back

On Friday on my way to work I hit something on the freeway that caused a flat tire. I had my car towed to Bud's tire which 15 years ago had been my go to shop for years. The night before I noticed a small amount of oil leaking which was very minor and with the carbon build up in my exhaust I was 99.9 % sure it was due to the PCV valve. Being that I was going to get it fixed that day I figured I would have Buds tore do the work instead of taking it to my normal mechanic I've used for past 13 years. Long story short as I suspected PCV valve cause oil leak, not detrimental to vehicle especially since leak occurred only the night prior , they replaced it , replaced two tires good year touring tires is what they should have been, did my breaks even though I had no signs of requiring them due to mileage I told them go ahead. They also flushed brake fluid and I requested oil change also asked them to do a once over on the car make sure all the fluid everything is topped up everything is good to go on it , asked if PCV valve caused the air filter to need changed , they said no, I asked about spark plugs , no they are good. On my way to work only thing that was wrong was a minor oil leak, car performance not an issue. Being told no need for any other items that show cause for concern other than needs an alignment which I declined because I was going to take it to my mechanic that weekend. As I drove home , when I was getting on the freeway I noticed black smoke from exhaust, ok maybe residual oil from leak caused that , then as I hit freeway and punched it , Camaro turbo , I was not put in my seat and slight hesitation occured. Thinking this may be due to the cool air intake and the temperatures at 108° , this does occur and the car is always faster in the morning and at night when the temperatures are cooler, that maybe I'm just being paranoid and the outside temperatures cause the car's performance to not be as responsive I continue to drive home . As I got home it didn't feel right I know how that car feels it's my second one and I notice any little thing off with it. I popped the hood when I get home and that's when I noticed my coolant was bubbling could have been normal there is air that goes in there however I needed to make sure so I called Bud's Tire and told him I was coming back in on Tuesday when I returned to work this being a Friday . On Sunday I drove the car and I noticed a slight hesitation and almost like the car was being pulled back as I accelerated like air bubbles is a good way to explain it like something was caught in the exhaust . So I took it back home right away and decided I would not drive it until I turn to work on Tuesday and drop it off at Bud's Tire it was on that inspection when I realized my tires were not correctly installed it's the wrong tires these tires are not meant for gripping the road they are going to cause an issue and perhaps say I need an alignment due to this the driving is off the front tires are now different than the back which is absurd to me how does a tire shop screw this up . So as I'm driving to work I didn't make it far from my house and here comes that hesitation again but this time it is worse it is like not letting me accelerate and when I do accelerate my RPMs are going faster than my car. Again nothing was wrong with the car's performance prior to taking it to Bud's tire shop. So it made me wonder if they put enough oil in my car being a turbo it requires 6 quarts, trusting mechanics to know what they're doing you don't think about checking these things or double-checking them I guess going to have to from now on. Anyways before I make it 2 mi from my house I get a notification of reduced engine power engine light comes on I pull over immediately have it towed to a dealership to figure out what happened. Now I'm without my car for a week I had to rent a car out Miss a day of work after spending around $1,500 I end up with a more severe problem than when I took it in and I still h

Buds always takes care of us. They don't recommend any unnecessary repairs and they have been open enough to personally show me any issues they have found which most mechanics don't do.

I went in for a fuel service treatment and came out with a car that felt brand new. Staff were very helpful with understanding what my concerns were and guided me in the right direction. And so to top it off I was told it would take a hour and my car was finished earlier. Quick amazing service. Will be returning to service more vehicles to come

James, the supposed manager is a clown. Ralph always has the wrong information and has to backpedal. They are rude nasty and never get the job right Or on time. If you want your vehicle more screwed up, then what it was when you took it in. This is the place to go. There is no one over them, so they get away with this garbage. Let's all put this place out of Business. Run don't walk from this place
