There is no variety of cell phone equipment, very poor service, I waited about 30 minutes for someone to assist me.

Ruby helped me resolve my issues with being able to react to my messages. She figured out that I was in the wrong messaging app it took her under 10 minutes to figure out a problem that has been frustrating me for years now. I honestly thought she was going to give up and just give me back my phone and not want to resolve it I knew there had to be some resolution to it and she figured it out. I tried to have this resolved once before and the person made me reset my phone I was so bummed about having to do that and still didn't fix my problem Ruby made it look like child's play. Thank you Ruby. Lifesaver.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service here is non existent. The salesrep was not so friendly or welcoming once we stepped in you could tell the energy was off. The girl didn't even bother to look up to acknowledge us nor did she help us . We left unsatisfied with the company and the customer service. I hope the little girl gets some more training for her sake.
