I had ordered over 5k worth of TMI items for a 68 Camaro. We were missing a paid of visors, a $99 item. They indicated that the item was in the boxes. We double triple checked all of the boxes and nothing was there. They told me the item shipped and its not their problem that the visor wasn't there. Sue advised me to pay and place another order. Horrible customer service. I have 3 more cars interiors I was going to order from them but not no more. Do not buy from them, their customer service is horrible.Update...Both items were mentioned during my first phone call to them. It is not my fault that the drop shipped items for the weather stripping was missing pieces. That was taken care of but the visors were not. We have a shop that has over 26 cars. We have a process where we mark and check all inventory that comes in. The visors were not in there.

Big Dawgs is a great auto shop. You need to get your car back on the road. Big Dawgs is the shop. The owner and staff are really friendly and quick with repairs. I highly recommend this shop.

Great prices better than Amazon better than O'reilly better than Auto zone. Friendly service. I purchased a radiator for my Jeep YJ and no one could touch their price and they had it in stock. This is my new 1st stop for Jeep parts. I recommend call ahead and see if it's in stock because if it's not in stock they can get it the next day.

The best kept secret for Jeep parts. I purchased a radiator for my Jeep YJ and they gave be a killer dea better prices than Autozone and better prices than O'reilly. It's a small friendly shop and little hard to find but worth it. I hope they never lose their mom and pop atmosphere, no stuffy counter people there. They even filled out the warranty I for for me while I was there! Call ahead and see if it's in stock. They said if they didn't have something they could get it for me the next day.
