My experiences are always good. I know where everything is at so I don't need assistance, ither then to pay when I leave, the cashier always friendly. Maybe you need a bell at the desk or doors

The store opens at 9:30. It’s 940 and Kayla still has an open the door. This is ridiculous. Take your business elsewhere.

I walked in to this Big 5. I was the only customer in the store. There was a cashier. Another employee stocking merchandise. And another gentleman walking in and out of doors in the back. I stood for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me with shoes. No help. No assistance. This BIG 5 would sell more stuff if they just hustle more. This place needs employees who hustle. Simply a lazy crew. I walked out without anyone's help. I gave yall a one star because zero stars wasn't an option.

Great staff! Took time to talk to me and help me understand what I desired to understand. Was right about the recommendations and suggestions. And even was gracious enough to show me how to get discounts.

first time coming here and the store was nice and clean but there was one worker that stood out and it was isaiah working in the shoe department. he was amazing with helping us find a pair of work boots, super understanding and helpful especially since there was a lot of people he was helping even with the crowd he managed to bring us some shoes he thought we would like giving us great recommendations! i would recommend coming here! like i said super clean store and amazing customer service! thank you isaiah!!
