I came on 3/28, it was my first time in awhile that I come visit this location, and let me tell you the customer service is really bad , they ignore you if u need help and don’t acknowledge you at all, i had ask a hair stylist that works in the salon part of Ulta if she can get someone to help , she went to go ask a cashier, all I saw were 3 cashiers talking together while they had a long line of customers ready to check out, no one was working the floor we couldn’t ask anyone for help, once the stylish ask a cashier if they can help us find a product , they just looked over at us and proceed to ignore us and not offer help at all. I hope the manager can speak to them regarding this issue.

Got my hair done. The service was awesome. I'm very happy with the results. Did some shopping. That was fun. Just no associates on the floor. The store was stock, and selections are great. I will be back!

Excellent cosmetics products and open brightly lighted environment. Clean, organized and good customer service. The perfume area is heavily fragrant that can be overwhelming for people with allergies. Highly recommend visiting!☺️

I came in for my Mac appointment because I had a big wedding to go to, and I scheduled my make up to be done this morning. Turns out that the person that was doing my make up called out and no one even bothered to call me horrible customer service, I understand things happen and people call out, but at least have the courtesy of calling your customers and canceling their appointment before they drive out 45 minutes to you. Will never buy another product from the store again

I’ve gone to two different stylist in less than a year and neither could provide the haircut I asked for. Showed them a photo , Simple long layers and all I got was something I absolutely hated. Not worth $90

The service is always good here. Everyone always asked if they can help you. Only issue is they're always sold out on so many perfumes. Not the employees fault.

What a wonderful store. I went in for Tarte Shape Tape concealer and an eye shadow palette. I found everything I wanted easily. It was a hot day and my makeup was smudged a little and the woman working in Tarte cosmetics touched it up with a beautiful concealer by Anastasia. This concealer is on my list to buy the next time I go to Ulta. The staff is so friendly and available to answer your questions and take you to the item your looking for. I buy all of my makeup at Ulta. It's my happy place. You can download the app to earn points and get money off your future purchases. They also alert you when there is a sale. I highly recommend this store. I love it and you will too. If this review was helpful, give it a like.
