This bank is terrible. Cashed a check here and they gave me a fake $100 bill and told me why did it take so long for me to find out. Horrible customer service. They will find anyway to get over on you. DON’T BANK HERE.

Terrible place, basically refused to let me withdraw my money and lied about it, said they'd put an order in and call me to let me know but just lied. Gonna just go to a different bank, if you want to withdraw a large amount of money out of your own account they wont let you.

Setting aside limited hours, and understanding trainee doesn't familiar with systems and gives out wrong answers, it is unacceptable that senior staffers are unwilling to help at all. I'm closing my account. Bye.

I opened up a bank account through Simple. I chose Simple because as the name implies, it's simple, no hassle banking as I am not a big fan of traditional banking. Unfortunately, Simple closed shop during the pandemic and was absorbed by BBVA. Everything about BBVA is inconvenient including closing an account which they require you to be physically in their location which was about 20 miles away. They charge you an exorbitant amount of fees.

Lupe the manager is rude and incompetent. I needed a signed statement that I bank with pnc so I can get paid from a commercial job account, she prints me a letter head but refuses to sign it under her name. They want a SIGNED STATEMENT , she doesn't speak clear English and that is the problem. I will be closing my account and start banking with Chase! Lupe sucks!

PNC has horrible customer service, they lack employees, if you don't require customer service then this is your bank

The employees at this branch are so rude and not willing to help the customer at all. I went to get some papers fax to fix a missing payments with an account I have with them. And they refused to do it with the excuse that their printer didn’t work neither did their scanner mind you there was no one else in the bank I was the only customer.

I dont feel safe when I go. There is always homeless around they mess with the ATM always asking for money as soon as you get out of your car.

This branch only allows 1 customer at a time in the lobby. I'm second in line waiting outside......I've been waiting for 20 minutes.Wrost bank ever.I plan to change banks asap.Wish I could give negative stars.

This bank sucks every time I come here I spend an hour waiting, got here today at 4:10 and was 4th in line. It's now 4:47 and I'm now 2nd in line. If you are looking for a bank don't get the morenovalley bbva. And this is every trip to this location. Go to grand terrace or canyon crest.

Currently at this bank I've been standing in line for 30 minutes and there's only 1 person in front of me. There's 2 clerks and a line. I don't understand why this bank is always short staffed! Also the ATM always has issues! Terrible

I work security here. As of 9/22/2020, the branch hours are still 10 AM - 3PM Monday- Thursday, 10 AM - 6 PM Friday.

this bank is horrible!!!!! the representatives tell customers incorrect information. the customer service rep told me misleading information which put my account in the negative which messed up two other accounts and it took them an entire month to correct their mistake. i've had this account for less than 6 months and i will be closing it. do not open an account with bbva!!!! they get 0 stars from me but i had to put a star to submit
