I brought my two watches in for battery replacement. While in the process, the cracked crystal was also replaced. The watch repair were completed within the hour- as promised.

Dale is a very knowledgeable professional and possesses excellent customer service skills. He provided me with a replacement band for my Movado which I love, and his prices are fair. He’s been around over 30 years, which makes him a true OG of the Moreno Valley Mall. Thanks again, Dale!!! ??

Dale is very unprofessional and has a big attitude problem. On top of this, he claims he knows about Rolex watches but doesn't. I took in a Rolex submariner to get checked if it was real by him and he immediately told me it was fake. I asked how can you be so sure just by looking at it, and he replied, "if there was a hot girl standing behind you, and you asked me if there was, that's how sure I would be". Wierdest analogy. I asked him if he could show me something specific that shows the watch is fake and he didn't want to, he was just like "I'm 110% sure it's fake, I have over 15 years of experience." A couple days later I took the same rolex submariner to fast fix jewelery & watch repair in Tyler mall, and I paid for them to authenticate it, they opened the casing, checked every rolex part and movement and they said it is 100% real Rolex Submariner. Dale does not know how to check Rolex watches so don't go to him. Also, he tried making fun of me in front of another customer saying, "look at this guy, he bought a Rolex watch thinking it was real and it's fake. Don't be like this guy" and shook his head while looking at me. In the end I'm glad I went somewhere else legit to get my watch checked. This guy only knows his stuff on lower tier watches, stick to that , and don't claim you're a professional with Rolex watches.
