I went to this branch and ordered an auto part. I was promised, it will be in at 0800am and they would call me. However, at 1000am I didn't hear from them, so I called. Then, again, I was promised at noon, however 10 min later, Autozone called and told me, it's unavailable after all! What a liar! They delayed the repair of my car! The worst, I believe, this is a retaliation because I expressed my disappointment! Now, I am even more disappointed and I will take more actions! I will call your corporate office!

Had to leave a review for the employees here, especially Junior, I had a dead battery and he helped me out to a T, even had a great conversation with him while he was working on my car. Super appreciative of everything he did, he even went above and beyond to help me with the price as well! He did not have to but he did so without hesitation, I would highly highly recommend you come here for your battery replacements, fast, convenient, and honest work. Thanks again Junior, you made a not so great day that much better

Most things are in stock and employees are pretty helpful... If you don't mind them dropping F word around you. Yeah, that happened. One employee was sitting behind the registers swearing up and down.

I went in to this AutoZone looking for specific parts and Katie was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed in a very timely manner. Went to the Autozone off Eucalyptus for a car battery replacement & the Eucalyptus employees declined to help. Ironically, Bill (see photo) whos' store is in Hemet, provided the excellent customer service that went above & beyond. Thank you, Bill, for restoring my faith your company!
