Manager doesn’t know how to do returns. Line had 10 customers and 2 employees are sweeping and manager complaining to customers that he wants to go home.

Always great service at AutoZone. Be careful and check the parts you are buying if the box looks opened already. They almost sold me a used EGR valve. I happened to open the box while being rung up and it was in worse shape than the one I was replacing. ?.
