“I had a very scary incident where maybe my alternator went bad suddenly. The two gentlemen that were working went out of their way to make sure they tested the battery and the alternator and talked me through some tips for getting home safely. They went above and beyond and I literally had walked in like 10 minutes before closing! They earned my future business and I will be calling to let the manager know how impressed I am!”
“Underrated...way better than autozone. Called autozone and they said they couldn't help me till 12. Called OReily and they told me come in and helped me on the spot. Customer service 10 out of 10.. service 10 out of 10. Price same as autozone but they offered an offerdable option for battery replacement that autozone didnt.”
“Will be coming to this location for my car needs from now on. I own a 2018 Honda Civic and needed a new battery. I tried THREE different Auto Zones, only because they changed my battery for me before. One store didn't have workers, one store told me the guy was on lunch, and the third store was just plain rude to me. Finally, I called this O'Reilly store because it was local and the man that initially answered the phone (Mark??? Sorry I don't recall) was very friendly and helpful and encouraged me to come in. I went in within 10 minutes from my initial call. The man who helped me over the phone was helping another customer so Justin helped me and let me just say... he was so helpful!!! so kind!!! he deserves a raise! he helped me right away and actually gave me advice as to which battery/warranty I should get. He showed me what he was doing and confirmed that everything was attached correctly. His customer service skills are incredible! Thanks so much!!”

“I went to the gas station to get some gas and when I tried to start my car it would not turn over. This was bad news. I have my two year old and wife in the car as well. Our little outing turned into my little family being stranded. I was able to get a jump and make my way to AutoZone. We ran into Abraham Romero. The level of professionalism we were met with far surpassed any expectation I have run into. He helped me get a new battery and housing. I asked if they had tools I could borrow to replace the battery. Abraham told me he would do it for us. Abraham was extremely generous by offering his expertise and was extremely professional. Chuck always spends time explaining the bells and whistles, and we always walk out feeling more informed. As a former Forest River employee, Chuck knows all the odds and ends of our Georgetown motorhome. He's so knowledgeable that when we travel from our home in Northern Washington, we make it a point to go see him in Southern California for anything that is needed for the rig. We've been doing business with them for years now, and have never been disappointed! In fact, I'd say that they have become great friends/family to my boyfriend and I. “David Hernandez helped me out at this location so much, I had him do a vehicle scan on my vehicle and find out what was wrong with turns out it was a misfire and he showed me what tools to buy to get the job done, he helped me switch out my coil pack and spark plug on my 1st cylinder, inspected, found the problem which was water down by the spark plug and switched it out for me. Not only did he solve the problem he showed me how to fix my own vehicle for next time. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED With this customer service from David Hernandez. 12/10 would recommend this store for your vehicle needs.”
“Last week I had my 2022 Toyota Camry repaired at this shop and it was a great experience. Of course, it’s not good having your car wrecked but this place made the whole situation easy and a great outcome. Veronica was very friendly and helpful on the front desk, Phillip was very nice when taking pictures for the estimates, and then George was great and I truly appreciated how communicative he was about the whole repair schedule and the status of everything!
