Unfortunetly our brand new car got keyed :( We chose Artisan for passed work done to one of our vehicles. They fixed and painted the 3 locations on the driver side. We once again have that new car look. Work was fast, awesome and the price was fair. Highly recommend Artisian for any body and paint work.

It's unfortunate I have to leave a review with one star but after multiple attempts in person and via messages for them to make this situation right they haven't lifted a finger.
I found Artisan Collision on Yelp after my vehicle was hit and needed body repair. They had great reviews so I felt pretty confident they would get the job done right.
I took the vehicle in for assessment and spoke to the owner (I believe his name was Micheal) letting him know that if we chose his body shop to do the work I would need a specific timeline. He assured me the timeline we needed was no problem. He told me the deductible would be $800 and I can pay once the vehicle was ready for pickup.
Once the day came to pickup the vehicle i went ahead and inspected the work that was done. After taking a few minutes to look the SUV over we noticed multiple areas with "Orange Peel" like imperfections, a few of Dull Spots that stood out and some paint dripping on the rear bumper. The most obvious issue though was one of my Fender Flairs was missing.
I brought all issues up to the owner as we were inspecting it together and he assured me everything would be corrected if I could bring it back, especially the Fender Flair, he said he was waiting on the part to come in and once it was painted the installation would be very easy. He said he would address the other issues at the same time and make it right like it should be. I agreed and drove my vehicle home expecting to hear from the owner once the Fender Flair was in and painted ready to go.
I waited and didn't hear back for almost a week when he said it would only take a couple of days since the part he was waiting for was on its way. I decided to finally call and figured maybe they forgot. I was wrong, when I called back check the status he decided to tell me he needed me to pay the $800 deductible in order for him to pay for the Fender Flair, he said it was because of a "Bank Issue" and he was short on funds. Very unprofessional. Mind you he had already billed my insurance for parts and the repair, Geico confirmed Micheal had already cashed the check. We agreed the deductible would be paid upon the job being "Complete". I was baffled by this news and texted him trying to make sense of the situation and he basically ignored my text. I decided to walk in 4 different times to try and talk to him and see if he was going to finish the work but all of a sudden he wasn't to be found.
It took me a while to finally write this review but the last time I walked in this past Monday and he was nowhere to be found once again and I figured this was my last option. This is always the last resort but when a business doesn't respect the clients time, money or trust then it's what had to happen. We will also be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for Automotive Repair and Small Claims court as well.
Please beware before doing business with Artisan Collision. You don't want to be in my situation with an incomplete service that was already billed and paid for by the insurance. Very bad business we experienced unfortunately.

There were a few complications that came up along the way, but the manager and the workers were pleased to help me. The work itself came out good and I loved the end result.
