Watch how much your total when you prepay and pumping they will take your money and act like its your banks fault why money is not getting refunded 6 times this happen to me from pump and inside sad excuse for gas station how can they say i pumped 60 dollors worth of gas into a small engine car or another instance 250 dollors got pulled from my card becuase cashier thought i said 250 instead of 25 dollors then proceeded to say again that ots my choice if i want to pump it all into the same car dont listen to reviews save your money and go to a different arco location this location is almost worst as fasttrip

I went yesterday to Arco on Alessandro and Graham.I pump gas with my debit card pump 3I go inside to purchase lotto tickets with the exact change . There is a lady coming in and out saying that pump 4 is not working , the cashier ( her name us Charisse) tells her I can’t do nothing right now I’m helping another customerIt is my turn and a see the lady still waiting outside I tell the cashier I think she still can’t get the gas Charisse starts pressing buttons on the register and looks confused has no idea what she did wrong then asked who’s on pump 3I respond I am , she says well the lady told me pump 3 and you used her money .. I told her that can not be possible because a used my debit card and put in my PIN number and paid the 35cts fee I asked her how much money did the lady give you . She ignored me and asked me how much did you pumped I told her 40 something because at the time did not remember the exact amount, Charisse continued to say no you pumped with her money as she is looking at the register and prints a receipt and then asks me what is the last number of your card I said it’s in my car and start walking outside, Charisse starts screaming at me that if I leave I’m stealing gas and chases me outside while screaming.I get my phone and open my bank account app and tell her look there’s the transaction I pumped $46.50 she doesn’t even bother to look and starts walking away I tell her again wait look at the transaction I follow her inside ,She goes back to the register fixes pump 4 where the lady is still outside waiting and then says next customer, I tell her I’m next she says she will not help me because of the way I spoke to her .. I was like what!?!!? Your the one that humiliated me accusing of stealing gas in front of all these people and not listening to me when you’re the one that made the mistake.. the rudeness of this woman no apology and she didn’t help me at all .I tried to take I picture of her badge and with no remorse and attitude she posed for the picture.When I went outside the lady on pump 4 was still there , I explained to her what happened and she tells me I only gave the cashier $25 and she pumped $45 .. that tells you what an incompetent person Charisse is and is giving free gas away ,This is not the first time a see her be rude to customersI’m sad because I have been coming to this arco for years never had a problem with any of the cashiers they are all polite. But this Person is rude and there is always a long line when she is there does not know how to handle the register and has no customer service whatsoever .I did not deserve to be treated like that when I am a paying customer and was wrongly accused of stealing
