5 Stars to 1 Star. Took my Traverse in. They said they couldn't release the vehicle because it was unsafe to drive. Had to get them to put my donut on and they kept my tire. Went to another small shop. Bought a tire. Had to come back and get my tire. Took it back to another shop and they repaired it with no problems. Entire thing cost me another $80 and time time time. Left with a spare I can't use. Won't ever go back. Don't hold people hostage and try to steal a perfectly good and repairable tire with less than 15k on it. There's something fish going on there. Lost a longtime customer.

Daniel is an exemplary human being.
I brought a car in that we inherited from my mother-in-law to get a rotation and balance and he found a big gash on the tire. It was going to cost $200 to replace but " I know that tires mine" is what he kept saying in his head. He asked where we got the tires from I said it was my mother-in-law's car and I'm not sure she has passed away, He said" oh I'm sorry to hear that do you by chance have her number still?"
I gave him her number and he said "Helen?" I exclaimed "yes!" He said "I knew that was my tire" He proceeded to tell me that my mother-in-law bought the road hazard insurance for that tire and it will only cost me $25 to replace. I was so happy that he went above and beyond He could have easily not wanted to do the legwork, which was easy by the way, but some people choose not to do, and could have just sold me a new tire at $200. I want to recognize Daniel and give him his praise. I appreciate you so much. It's employees like Daniel that make customers want to come back and stay lifelong customers. My husband has been a customer of America's Tire for 20 years and now Daniel is just another reason why. Thank you Daniel.

I've been having an awful month—truly terrible. To top it all off, on Monday night, I hit something on the freeway, and my tire ended up completely shredded. Financially struggling, with rideshare and financial aid as my only sources of income, I was on the verge of a breakdown. I couldn't afford both rent and a new tire, and without the tire, I couldn't work. Thankfully, my dad was able to help, but that’s beside the point.
Michelin, the manufacturer of my tires, was making it difficult to claim a warranty. They required an inspection and for the tire inspection place to call them, among other things. My first stop was The Tire Choice at 16190 Perris Blvd, Moreno Valley, CA 92551. They were incredibly rude and refused to make the phone call because "they don't do that." By this point, I was in tears. Desperate, I called America's Tire at 23160 Hemlock Ave, Moreno Valley, CA 92557. They told me to come right in and that they would make the call for me.
This is where I met Danny. I’m writing this with tears in my eyes because I have never been treated so kindly before. While everyone there was nice, Danny was exceptionally patient and compassionate as we navigated the manufacturer warranty and the need for new tires. He helped me find a deal that worked for my situation, and even though it was just 10 minutes before closing, he made sure I got new tires.
I know it's his "job," but let me just say this: I am an overweight woman living with PCOS, which means I need to let my beard grow out before waxing it. While I am not trans, I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community. In today’s climate, I often face harsh treatment because of how I present myself. Danny was different—he was amazing. I felt genuinely cared for and like he truly wanted to help. His patience and kindness, along with the rest of the staff's, were remarkable.
I will continue to go to this location for my tire needs specifically because of how genuine Danny was. It's not every day you come across people like him. Thank you, Danny, for making this terrible month a little better.

Won’t work on my tires because they say the tread is to low. I’m not even to my wear bars. This used to be a company you could trust.i took the same cat to the same company in murrieta and they had no problem fixing my tire
No question asked. They just did their job because my tires had enough tread. I worked for American tires for years. But to treat any costumer like they don’t know anything is just wrong and goes against what this company believes. I’ll be calling corporate about this. I know Mr holly would hate to know this is being done.

Poor customer service went to get air in tire no one was in line but still waited almost 15 minutes I would understand if they were busy but I noticed some workers just standing around I have 5 cars and get my tires from them for all my cars very disappointed in customer service
