This establishment has gone from one owner to another in the last 10 years. The new owner has made a difference in service. We went for passport pictures and she was relentless to get them perfect. She answered the telephone, helped other clients with faxes, notary, fingerprints and mail. There was no sign of stress! I am happy this service has an owner in the premises who cares.

The new owners are so much more nicer and willing to help than the last owner. They are so helpful with info on shipping, live scan and more. I also like the other cool items to buy.

I really appreciate the staff here at Aim they make it so easy to mail off items they are affordable and quick I always come here to do all my mailing business rather than going to the post office. At Aim you have friendly professional staff no long lines and again my favorite affordable service thank you Aim

I love the fast and friendly service provide by the operators of this location. Both partners are extremely pleasant and more then accomodating in answering any and all questions. I highly recommend visting their store for all of your shipping and packaging needs.

I realize this place has some bad reviews, well they have new owners. The new owners are proficient, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. They conduct business fairly and professionally. Please give them a second chance. They are WAAAAYYYY better than Moreno Valley's USP and help in anyway possible. Support this local business before it is no longer available for us.

I was looking for a last minute notary on a Saturday before I had to mail off my papers that day. When I went in, Ismael was so cheerful and patient with me. I didn't have my paperwork ready, so he continued doing his job until I was ready, telling me there was no rush. He answered my many questions. Overall a great experience.

My wife used this facility to post a mail a few days ago, Surprisingly she liked their services. My wife is not that kind of people who likes everything so easily but I was stunned that she keep asked me to write a review about her happiness with the service. She is not good with technology although I encourage her to learn it she does not like it. Anyways as long as my wife is happy I happy too. So take 2 reviews instead of one.

Horrible place to recieve mail one if the employee keep sending my mail back this is the 3rd time they took my social security card as well I would not trust them and they don't feel bad either it's definitely something shady going on with Miriam no matter how sweet ahe looks my mail has been opened as well supervisors in on Wednesday but they also don't care.
