This place is a joke I came here last night to find out about getting two senior lines on their plan with two iPhone 13 and the guy tells me nobody in the area has any 13s they're all out of stock so you need to get the iPhone 14 or the 15. Basically he lied this is a franchise store and not a location. I called the corporate location down the street and they had 15 of them in stock, so I took my service there. Service at this store is absolutely horrible.

Do not buy anything here they're always lie about their policy. Once they take your money, they're not gonna return it to you even the next day when their service is not what your expect.

ONE OF THE WORST T-MOBILE THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.They scammed so bad that I had to go another store to fixed my problem because the customer service is NOT GOOD they tell you other stuff from the truth. Just don't bothered and go to another store.

FRAUD FRAUD!!! I went in the T-Mobile store in the Moreno Valley mall, was talking about a plan with the Rep, we didn't end up getting the phones or lines with T-Mobile and the young still opened an account in my name with a FISRT RESPONDERS ACCOUNT! I'm not a first RESPONDER and I didnt approve for this account to open! I didnt even walk out with phones!! I tried to call the store and speak with the manager and they say they are "Busy" and never call back!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD, now I'm getting letters in the mail saying I owe and now in collections and some how T-Mobile doesn't wanna help,

I got a new iPhone and wanted to transfer my info over from my old LG. One person started helping me and then needed my password to my LG and walked away. I never saw him again. A line started forming and I asked another representative to help me and he basically ignored me. A different Representative who was helping another woman tried helping me while he could but said he needed to look at my phone so give him a minute, which I respectEd. However I got upset when I saw the one representative who I asked for help, who ignored me started asking customers behind me if they had been helped. Then a different representative tried pitching me a business sale and I told him right nows not the best time I'm just here to transfer data but the guy who was helping is nowhere to be found. So he got all upset. And wen to the next guy in line who needed to transfer phone data as well and the dude actually helps him. I was beyond upset. Took my phones and went to the other store off Day st. Where they took really good care of me. Kudos to the 20 year old kid for being patient with me and trying to juggle 2 customers at once while the other reps hid in the back played on their own phones then helped other customers behind me after I asked for help numerous times.

Bryan Young really have great costumer service and he Is very respectful as well. If you need any kind of assistance he would make sure that you'll be happy.. i Also like the other employees as well they made sure whatever I need things would be good

I only gave one star because it made me. I couldn't put zero. This store is super unprofessional, inconsiderate and lacks customer service. When initiating a jump, they "lost" my phone and therefore made me pay for a phone I no longer had possession off. When approaching the situation and speaking with the manager, it was as if he did not care. After two weeks of waiting, I returned to the store to speak with the manger Luis once more. First, Alyssa stated he was at lunch and told me to come back. I returned within an hour and a male employee did even care to acknowledge me. When I asked if his manager was there he said yes, he's eating. He went to tell him and never came out. I returned again to ask if he was going to speak with me and now the employee with the initial of L stated he was now in a meeting. Like really? If Luis the manager did not have an update on the situation he should have confronted it and explained that to me. Now, corporate was notified and blaming me (the customer) for this mess. Josh from the presidents office stated it was my responsibility and I still need to pay. Unbelievable. A frustrating situation with ridiculous and unprofessional and inconsiderate people for employees.DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PHONES FROM THIS STORE ! They might just do the same to you and say your phone that you turned in is LOST!!!
