They can honor what they say they will do. They came to my house for an estimate, we paid a fee for measurements and they stated They would call when done laying out the floor plan and we could come to the store and look at product. A month later and no response.... guess my $45 is none of their concern.

Me and my wife recently moved into a small apartment and we got a great deal for the flooring we wanted. Francisco is very professional and really tries to help you find something that works for you. And the floor came out amazing 10/10 would use them again!
