March 2024 by Tad Ohan
I was on a business trip in town and decided to work out while I was there. I signed up for a guest pass at the center, and the first lady kindly gave me a free pass. However, when I went back to the hotel to change and returned, another lady, Kaitlyn, a salesperson, told me that the first lady made a mistake and I had to pay for the workout. She rudely rejected me while I didn't have my wallet to pay, so I was disappointed with the front desk member. Although I had registered for a free online 3-day pass.

Seems to be okay - could be cleaner - not 24 hours , not renewing due to the hours.

Not 24 hours! No use in replying to us saying you have more locations!!! Guess what? The other locations are too far and with this economy a stressful inconvenience! What is the point of calling this location 24 Hour fitness if it is not open all night? I wouldn’t be surprised if this location gets shut down or replaced by and EOS eventually.

One of the last locations in the area not open 24 hours despite the name on the building. Pay the same for less access to this location. Other gym brands are opening up in the area so I had to cancel. Broken equipment and crowded.

I've never seen a 24 hr fitness that doesn't allow 24 hr fitness. I'm not sure what concept this is but it's most certainly an outrage.

Don’t have many good things to say about this location. In addition to them not actually being open 24 hours, there’s so much equipment that is out of order for days and sometimes weeks on end. The men’s locker room often smells horrible. With the amount I’ve been paying for my membership, I’m starting to consider taking my business elsewhere in order to have a better workout experience.

Hours are terrible, they should really change the name at this point because it’s false advertising. This gym is has a lot of old broken equipment and dirty sauna is to be expected

This location has been steadily going downhill since covid. Limited hours and reduced membership rates has lowered the quality of the overall atmosphere. This place is a mix of a gym, an internet café, a child daycare center and homeless shelter. Management doesn't enforce club rules like camera use, shirtless gym goers. People are alright, overall this location is shockingly better than others.I haven't seen issues with locker or vehicle break ins but there are people that go and dig in the trash for cans and bottles; complement that with the homeless that hang out inside at different hours of the day makes this place disgusting.

This place was good in some point years back and now it’s just bad it’s overcrowded and the reason is that they don’t open 24 hours, this gym became just like crunch and fitness 19

Thank you to Karen and Brian who works at the front desk! Karen always greets me with a smile, her energy is great, she's welcoming and courteous. Everytime I see Brian, he's always working hard, cleaning the machines, the mirrors, sweeping, whatever needs to be done he's doing it with a great attitude. He always greets me with a smile on his face. Great energy!
