This is a rating on customer service. I asked for a quote from 5 tech shops, they all responded including this establishment. He gave me a quote that was lower than the others. I attempted to contact him 2-3 times to continue the process so I can drop off my item for repair. No reply. A week passed and I've run out of time for a response because I use my device for work. He got my hopes wayyyyy up then let me wayyy down. I ended up paying 260 to repair my item instead of 80 (his quote). I'm a little salty. If you give a quote...please follow up. I received a follow up message from the owner immediately after posting this poor review asking for me to take it down because he didn't get a chance to serve me. So I've directed this review to customer service. Don't leave people hanging after a quote you can reply with your phone. At anytime of the day.

Terrific customer service!! Highly recommended. Fast response. Reasonable priced and most competitive among other cell phone repair stores. Excellent, contact less mobile repair service. Chris, my technician was very friendly and professional. They gave me a free screen protector and clear phone case. Ghost touch screen repaired in less than 30 mins. iPhone works like brand new. Chris is a true professional at repairing phones. He drove out to my house and had my phone repaired in 15 min. He even gave me a screen protector. For a small price of $110 I feel like I just got a new phone. Also, Chris is very responsive, respectful, and even cognizant of the COVID-19 pandemic. If you ever need to repair your phone, trust me, go to 10Gs you willNOT be disappointed.

Chris came out to my house in Upland and repaired my IPhone 11. My screen was basically non-functional when I gave it to him. However, in about 15 minutes I not only had a fresh new screen, but also a screen protector. For $110 that is top notch service! There were also a few things that stood out about Chris: 1. He was very respectful about COVID-19. He wore his mask the entire time and did the whole repair in his car. 2. He was very professional. Courteous and friendly. 3. He truly knew what he was doing! I was surprised at how nice my screen looked after. In short, if you ever need a quick repair call 10Gs! They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy!

Shout out to Christian! He was so helpful and fixed my screen very quickly! About 15-20 minutes tops! Added a screen protector to my phone and there were zero bubbles! Very clean finish. I felt very welcomed when I stepped in and I would definitely recommend this location for all your broken screens! I have already told a couple family members and friends about this location. My iPhone's screen was recently shattered. I took my phone to this shop to repair it. There were some glitches with my screen but Chris was very helpful and resolved the issue in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely recommend this repair shop!
