I've now dealt with two of the bankers here, Keyuanna and Gary. Both were helpful, friendly, and professional. I was very satisfied with my interactions with them and their understanding of what we were doing. I would be happy to keep doing my banking with them.

Came here last month to open an account with my 18 year old son. It's a joint account so we had to do this in person. You can open an account online for just an individual account but for joint account, we had to come in person. It was a weekday morning so it was easy to find someone to help us even though we didn't have an appointment. Keyuanna Watkins was terrific! She gave us all the options and helped us to navigate through account types! She was very patient and took the time to explain everything to us. Highly recommend KEYUANNA WATKINS! She's a gem!

Just had meeting at the Moraga Wells Fargo Branch with Mikayla to make some needed adjustments to my Mom's accounts. Mikayla is very knowledgeable, helpful and just an outstanding professional. Both me and Mom could not be happier with how things went. Thank you Mikayla!

Wells Fargo is a disgusting operation and should be ashamed of itself. After all they did by opening false accounts, once busted they push business owners to open 4 accounts! For what? Not to benefit the business but for the account fees. AAAND, for "our" protection, they hold onto larger checks when deposited even if its a cashiers check or another Wells Fargo check for a few days, and normal checks at least 24 hours. The way around that? Cash it. Then deposit it. Every day its interest lost. The local peeps who work at Moraga and Orinda are very nice, but the institution is disgusting. I write this while being on hold for what's going on over a half hour as 3 days ago I ATM'd a check which has not entered my account. I am tired of it and am not having this type of trouble with my credit union. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 15 years due to the local convenience, but this convenience has ran its course and turned into a frustration. Good-bye.....uh, I mean good riddance Wells Fargo. Goodbye to all the local workers in the bank, you've been kind and understanding.

Worst bank ever. If I could give negative stars, I would. Multiple people gave misinformation, and when confronted about it, they first blamed Wachovia (merger happened 10 years ago), then they blamed another branch, and when they couldn't get that through, they claimed they never told us that. No wonder they have so much fraud. If their employees can't tell the truth about simple setup processes and document customer information correctly, how can you trust them at all?

very helpful bank staff! When I had just moved to Orinda I needed some checks since I didn't own a checkbook yet. Usually they charge you per check but the woman was extremely friendly and welcomed me to the community and did not charge me for 4 blank checks. If you need one on one attention for any banking matter I highly recommend this location as it is rarely busy and they offer great customer service!

This is my favorite bank and I am going to stay with them forever! First of all, someone is at the door to greet you and open and close the door for you, how awesome is that? I love how the tellers have a good attitude towards everyone they serve, especially Farnaz! Farnaz is extremely sweet and always asks how I am doing! She has good suggestions for customers on how to write checks! She even suggested that online banking is a very good way to go! She has always helped me with depositing checks and I even went in to borrow a pen without any weird looks! Arnaldo Ruiz is also an amazing guy who started my account with enthusiasm and he really knows about protection of privacy! When I first walked in, he helped us in under a second, meaning right away! He had some really good suggestions! He even told me to keep every single receipt I get at the bank, which has proved to be helpful! Raymond, who started my sisters account, is also very easy going and has the same enthusiasm Arnaldo has! Pamela B, the branch manager or assistant manager, is a sweet lady and thanked me for their business! The teller with black hair is also extremely extraverted and always happy to help! The ATM'S are so fast and efficient! The ATM has never screwed up on me! Plus, I like the way it processes my checks and makes sure they are correct! I trust Wells Fargo because they have so many ways to protect your account and information! The visa debit card they gave me really works and the interest isn't too high! The bank across the street,(bank of america) where the rest of my family goes, is not as nice as wells fargo! They are impersonal, it is just way smaller and the ATM is not as efficient! My parents always comment on how nice my bank is and how glad I chose them! I also notice the people here aren't all fake and doing it for an act! These people generally care about every customer they serve and they befriend a lot of the regulars that stop by! This location even serves coffee, cookies and water! This bank should definitely be a role model for other banks in my area, because B of a is not as nice! This location is very fast and efficient! I'm literally of our there in 5 minutes! What a breeze! Come by and let these people serve you, it will be fast, efficient and relaxing! This bank makes me feel like home and the awesome thing is, my house, my job, and my bank are all so close together!

Great service and easy access. There's often even an employee standing at the entry to greet customers and direct them based on their needs. 2 or 3 ATMs outside. Not much else to say!
