Went tonight to send an overnight package to my daughter. Forrest was awesome in helping me make that happen!! She was professional and made me laugh when I was stressed knowing I was almost too late.I’ll always go here for my mailing needs!!Thanks Forrest!!

Fast and efficient but two women who work here are so dour. Every time I walk out of there I think some Prozac or a new job might benefit them. Takes very little to fake being pleasant

Where are you Doug....The previous owner has sold the store. The 2 employees, both women are totally rude. I use to go in and they would scan the QR code and I was good to go. They told me that they have no way to scan the code and since I did not bring a printed UPS address form I had to pay $3 to send them an meal so they could print it. When I told them that I had never done that since I had been coming to the store the one woman then told me that I could just leave. I told her that I was not talking to her and she told me to leave again. I held my ground until my package was ready to send. Whatever you do NOT go to the UPS store in Moraga or Lafayette. I have had the same attitude from both stores. None of the old great employees are there any more. And the prices of boxes and packing has gone way up in price. I can only hope that the previous owner got all of his money because the idiots that run the place now are total jerks.I can hope that they go bankrupt1

This is the only ups store I frequent because of how easy it is to park and be in and out. Since moving here I've only been to this store and go out of my way to drive to this particular location. In general I feel like the customer service is just not there. Everyone seems extremely miserable working there, specifically the women. Would it kill them to be polite?! I went in to drop some packages and was the only customer in the store, I was completely ignored by the woman at the register. Even after making eye contact with her and waiting she didn't even acknowledge my presence. I patiently waited until she finally asked me what I needed. She did take my packages, but it was like she was in complete misery while she was doing it. Her frown and body language made me absolutely uncomfortable. I finally asked her what her name was after she was done printing my receipt and she smiled condescendingly and said "Forest". I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if she's that miserable all the time, but good lord I'm sure she drives customers away. I for one will not be going back and will take my business to the closer UPS in Orinda. If I had someone like her representing my business I would be appalled at the lack of customer service. Maybe she should be encouraged to find a new job if she's not dedicated to her current role at the UPS store. All other interactions with employees have at least been pleasant, this has been the first time and honestly the last.

I come here regularly for either notary services, UPS mailing or Amazon returns. They are always efficient and friendly. I'm so happy that their is always close parking and their hours are great.

Give Sam a raise! Very friendly, remembers my name, and has my stuff ready before I can even get to the counter. He always does the transactions carefully; the status of items I ship or receive is always updated correctly.

I'm so disappointed that I need to find another ups store - I've been coming here for years! I mailed an overnight envelope for my sons rent 9 days ago. (His old-school landlord won't accept electronic payments). $45 and no sign of the check - still! Apparently the driver made a mistake on the address but that was a few days ago. Still no rent check! I've made 4 calls and 2 visits to UPS to try and find the package. THE ONLY response I get is the manager will get back to me the next day. Do I cancel the checks? What happened to Doug? He made one attempt to call me Monday, but I haven't heard back. It's Thursday. Pretty frustrating and disappointing.1/13 Doug finally called me back and knew nothing about this. He is tracking the pkg and filing a claim for the charges, including check cancelling fees. He has redeemed some if my faith but his employees need some training.

What a clown show. Called to speak with someone to take passport photos and was told to "Come on down". Get ready... Drive down, they look at some boxes in the way and just refused to move them to take the photos. Nothing more than a shrug when mentioned we came down because they said so. Mistakes happen, but going out of your way to make a customer's life inconvenient is worth of a crappy review.

If you know me by now, I am all about supporting the local businesses which means this UPS is one that I frequent. Parking is easy either in the front or back of the shop because it's in a shopping center. The store is narrow and crammed with stuff which looks a bit like a safety hazard to me. The employees are okay. They don't emit a lot of warmth or welcome when you walk in. And, there is one male employee who needs to step up their hygiene. Makes for an unpleasant experience unfortunately.Today's adventure was to make copies but I encountered a long wait time as the employee was helping an elderly woman with her purchase. She didn't know what size paper to use or what type of paper. The employee gets credit for their patience for sure. There is only one machine for copying and faxing and you can't operate without their assistance so you have to wait in line and then go back in line to pay. On most days there is no line until December!I know it's the busy season and I need to be more patient. I'm trying.Support your local businesses.Find when the off peak
