Worst customer service ever. The lady named Forest lied to me several times when I dropped off my Amazon returned package. I came in on Thursday afternoon and after scanning my return code, she told me the system was down. I knew that was a lie because the previous customer did not have any problem and when I walked out of the store, another customer walked in with Amazon package and was able to return it. That is not the end of the story. I stopped by the next day to give it another try. This time, after scanning the QR code, she lied to me that I needed to print the return label. It was a huge lie because I chose the return option that UPS would print the label for me without any charge. After reading the Amazon return instruction to her, I finally revealed her lie and made her accept my returns.

Usually a long wait which i don’t mind and understand it gets busy. But one of the women who works there is consistently rude and today she yelled “HEY STOP THAT!”at my toddler for making “vroom vroom” noises while playing with his toy car. Given the wait he was doing the best he could and i was honestly shocked. I try my best to avoid bringing him to certain places given his age but sometimes a mom just needs to run an errand.

Came here on a Sunday morning with two large glass-framed precious paintings. We're talking 3 & 4ft sheets of glass. Packing and shipping service, one out to Oklahoma, the other out to New York. Elijah was kind, patient, and genuine, and put my skepticism of them arriving safely, to rest. He explained how they would be packed, and that one required them to custom fit a box because of its measurements. They arrived so well packed it would have taken real effort to damage them. I was so impressed and grateful that that kind of care was given to these. I couldn't possibly be happier. Thank you Moraga UPS and special shout out to Eli (who should be given a raise for his added value to the shop). Thank you.

Went tonight to send an overnight package to my daughter. Forrest was awesome in helping me make that happen!! She was professional and made me laugh when I was stressed knowing I was almost too late.I’ll always go here for my mailing needs!!Thanks Forrest!!

Fast and efficient but two women who work here are so dour. Every time I walk out of there I think some Prozac or a new job might benefit them. Takes very little to fake being pleasant

Where are you Doug....The previous owner has sold the store. The 2 employees, both women are totally rude. I use to go in and they would scan the QR code and I was good to go. They told me that they have no way to scan the code and since I did not bring a printed UPS address form I had to pay $3 to send them an meal so they could print it. When I told them that I had never done that since I had been coming to the store the one woman then told me that I could just leave. I told her that I was not talking to her and she told me to leave again. I held my ground until my package was ready to send. Whatever you do NOT go to the UPS store in Moraga or Lafayette. I have had the same attitude from both stores. None of the old great employees are there any more. And the prices of boxes and packing has gone way up in price. I can only hope that the previous owner got all of his money because the idiots that run the place now are total jerks.I can hope that they go bankrupt1

This is the only ups store I frequent because of how easy it is to park and be in and out. Since moving here I've only been to this store and go out of my way to drive to this particular location. In general I feel like the customer service is just not there. Everyone seems extremely miserable working there, specifically the women. Would it kill them to be polite?! I went in to drop some packages and was the only customer in the store, I was completely ignored by the woman at the register. Even after making eye contact with her and waiting she didn't even acknowledge my presence. I patiently waited until she finally asked me what I needed. She did take my packages, but it was like she was in complete misery while she was doing it. Her frown and body language made me absolutely uncomfortable. I finally asked her what her name was after she was done printing my receipt and she smiled condescendingly and said "Forest". I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if she's that miserable all the time, but good lord I'm sure she drives customers away. I for one will not be going back and will take my business to the closer UPS in Orinda. If I had someone like her representing my business I would be appalled at the lack of customer service. Maybe she should be encouraged to find a new job if she's not dedicated to her current role at the UPS store. All other interactions with employees have at least been pleasant, this has been the first time and honestly the last.

I come here regularly for either notary services, UPS mailing or Amazon returns. They are always efficient and friendly. I'm so happy that their is always close parking and their hours are great.
