I am getting very disappointed with this Starbucks in Moraga. I have broken my right foot and asked an employee to ask these young ladies to move because they are sitting at a handicap table. Of course being as rude as they are they didn't. The employees were not busy and had no lines and didn't help me at the register and rudely told me to wait... I go to this starbucks so many times. I do not think I want to go back.

This location is every bit as consistent with every other Starbucks. Selections are a little bit more limited it would appear. In the service is generally reasonably good but has been known to be a little bit slow on occasion. Basically because it's not a completely staffed Starbucks but rather is a Starbucks inside of Safeway.

Bad bad experience! The lady behind the counter was openly hostile and itching for an argument. Perhaps the worst Starbucks staff I've ever encountered

Starbucks is in the customer service biz and this shop does not meet even the basic level...treating customers like dogs (come here! Over here! And so on). There are so many other local shops that have super friendly people...go there instead.

I came to the Starbucks in Safeway because the other Starbucks had a very long line. I walked right up to the counter and ordered my drink and asked if they had their snowman cookies. Jessica, the employee, said to me "look in the glass." With extreme attitude, so I did and she then starts saying to me, "Hello hello hello look down farther" In an extremely rude tone and then laughed about it. It was disappointing and unfair to be treated that way when I just misunderstood what she had said. There have been multiple encounters with this employee. Don't bother going to this Starbucks, I would've preferred waiting in a long line knowing they are much nicer there.

Two people took over 10 minutes to make 1 DRINK. Extremely unorganized and slow! If you don't have time to wait 20 minutes don't bother going here.

I went here for a quick break from work and apparently there was only one barista and she had to go on break. I said "ok that's fine I can wait," but someone with a name take that read "Katie 3rd person" said she could handle it. I proceeded to order and I got flustered because she put me on the spot. I looked down at my phone for a quick second and then remembered what I wanted. She said, "oh, it's not even for you." First of all, why does it matter? And second all, that's extremely rude. I got my drink and it was made wrong so I went back in and she said "let me guess, it's wrong?" I said, "yes it's very bitter." Mind you I ordered a venti iced shaken espresso with sweet cream cold foam and ordered it exactly how I do at every other location. She responded by saying, "well you didn't tell me what kind of sweetener you wanted." I thought this was weird because I never tell the barista what kind of sweetener I want. They just make it. She obviously didn't know what she was doing. To top it off, I actually found out she wasn't even a barista, she worked for Safeway. It's safe to say I'm never going back. That's no way to treat your customers and if they just let anyone make the drinks, I could have done it better myself.

Just ok
