Been a customer for over 20 years! My nails look perfect all the time. As an executive, that is a must. The salon is super clean and Karen is a master at her craft. This salon is very welcoming and professional.

I tried two places in Rheem before coming to Dynasty as a walk in. The two ladies were already busy so I waited 20 minutes before the mani. What I noticed is that they use a basin for pedi. No chairs here. And, they re-use the clippers, files, etc. Aside from this, the mani was good. Very quick dry in front of a fan. Gotta find out the brand because I love the quick top coats. Cost was $16. If I come here again, gotta bring my own tools.

Last minute appointment because my usual salon was closed for vacation. I needed a full set, french tips with gel. The woman said yes when I asked on the phone if they could do that. When I got there I was told they primarily do silk and was pitched for that. I declined. She then said the gel manicure would be 50.00 and the gel would not be baked under a light, which is typical for gel and would that be ok? Even though that was a very high price compared to the 35 I usually pay and I was curious about the gel technique, I agreed. She then proceeded to put on the tips and dip my fingers in powder, an unusual way to do it but ok. The problems arose with the careless filing and nipping that resulted in drawing blood THREE times. She disinfected the areas and continued the "smoothing" of the nail surfaces which were still ridged and rough when I left.Typically this takes a while, a dremel tool is used as well as files from coarse to fine. This part of the process barely lasted 5 minutes. She left the edges very sharp and I had to ask that she fix them after which she asked for payment. I gave her a card and was then told they don't accept cards, cash only. That might have been a good thing to advise a new customer BEFORE an appointment. I happened to have cash but usually don't and that would have been a serious hassle. She then painted on some kind of clear glaze which may have been gel but unlike any that I've ever had as I had to dry it under a fan for 5 minutes and it dried dull. The five minutes drying were punctuated by the nail techs / owner extolling the "virtues" of Trump, as if the process wasn't already tortuous and expensive enough. The owner(s) being Trump supporters may not bother some customers, in fact they may seek it, but I mention it that so that people know what and who they support with their dollars. Not my choice but it may not bother you. I wouldn't ever go back there anyway but that sealed it.

I would give zero stars if possible. This place is dirty, has no color selection and the customer is nonexistent. They are rude from the second you walk in. Don't waste your time.

I have been going to Dynasty nails for a few years. I had a accident and my daddy nail toe nail was taken off. when it grew back it hurt a lot and had lots of problems. Because of Dynasty nails the nail has grown back and is healthy--plus it looks really good. They really went the extra step to help me.

Naked nails aren't an option for me, and chipped nails are an absolute crime. After working a long exhausting week I promptly went home after work on a Friday night and hopped on the first train to dream land, despite my nails looking like I had just spent the day working a sand blaster. I had a bunch of afternoon and evening plans the next day and didn't have time to do my nails myself so I called Dynasty to see if they had an opening. I was instructed to sit in the far back corner by a woman who didn't introduce herself. While my feet were soaking I had a chance to absorb the borderline grimy state of the place. Stray nail clippings were caught in a fuzzy, fine coat of dust. While slightly disturbed, I stuck it out for an hour hoping the quality of their work would outshine the state of the premises. I was sadly disappointed. My nails were barely worked on before paint was applied, and, as I expected, paint chipped off my fingernails in a few days. My toes lasted a bit longer (approximately a week), but that's still far short of the life expectancy of prior pedis I've gotten. The paint looked good post application but quickly fell into chip city. Disappointed. Fine for a quick fix if you're in a bind, but I won't be back.

You know, my sister and I went to Dynasty Nails just a little while ago because I had 2 free mani coupons. They did not skimp or do a sloppy job because we had coupons. It's kind of hole-in-the-wall, but it's a great little place (emphasis on the little) and the lady who did my nails did a great job. I would DEFINITELY go back!

This is a local nail shop that isn't fancy, but the women do a fabulous job! I have been going for several years and they have been reliable, fast, my nails look great and the manicures last a good 2 weeks. These are nice people who care about and know their customers and have a great personal touch. I highly recommend it.

Were these reviewers at the same Dynasty Nails I was at? Really, Bathsheba travels from SF to get a pedi here? This seems a little hard to believe, since they don't even have a pedi chair. I did a walk in on Friday & saw there were only mani stations. But they assured me that they did pedis. Basically, I sat in a roller chair in the middle of the shop. They used a drug store plug-in basin, filled from the bathroom. The water wasn't close to hot enough, and the massage was less than 5 minutes. Plus it wasn't a good massage. This is a no frills pedi. The customers in here seemed to be regulars & enjoying themselves. So I'd imagine the mani is a better option. The cost was $25.00 & not worth it.

I have been going to Dynasty Nails for over 20 years For 10 years of the 20 I lived back east, but would visit SF regularly and always make time for a pedicure at this shop. I have gotten mani/pedi services all over the world, and I believe that Annie and her team provide the best service quality for the price of any nail salon anywhere. I am always treated as if I were a brand new customer, and the quality of the work---mani, pedi, waxing, etc. is unparalleled. Most importantly, the women in the shop work very quickly and efficiently, and for those clients who are time-constrained, Dynasty is the ne plus ultra of nail salons.

This is THE BEST place to get your nails done. I have been going here for a while, and first went on a recommendation from a friend whose nail taste is as picky as mine. They know what they are doing and more importantly they really listen to you. I have been to countless nail salons, and went to a different one with a friend a week ago, which was a mistake because I immediately got them redone here. I went out with exactly what I wanted because they are just that good!! Plus, the ladies are awesome and they remember the smallest details about your preferences--that's excellent customer service in my opinion! Their prices are also great for their level of quality. All around, they're the best!!
