The guy who answers the phone did my nails. I asked so many times for DIP manicure but he kept telling me about some other painting on way which sounded like would do less damage and he said I could come in as they grown out for him to just fill in the new growth area. They peeled off, became discolored (just normal cooking, light gardening). He was also rough man-handling my fingers (hurt twisting my joints). Never going back there!

I have been coming here for years and I think I will have to rethink whether to find a new salon or just expect to be disappointed when I come here. I had appointment for 11:30 for pedicure and then lunch with my hubby (he took the day off). I ended up being seen at 11:43 and it lasted only til 12:08. Which equals: 25 minutes. Google says: Pedicare should last from 45 minutes to an hour. What the hell!!! Disappointed!

Sweet experience! Very nice ladies. Thorough&patient. Very professional and friendly. I’ll be here for my pedicures from here on out. Only thing I missed about my old spot is the hand massage after the manicure. The lady works the hand massage like she’s a prof. massage therapist.

I've been going here for years now. Every once in a while I try someplace different, but I am always disappointed and head right back to Kim at Anna's Nails. The price is reasonable, the people are nice and you get a great pedicure.

I called to book for a Monday, but it was closed; however, the staff was terrific and got me in for Tuesday instead. I was greeted warmly, selected my colors, and went straight into a massage chair for a foot spa. The chairs were clean and included a plastic liner for the basin. The carpet on the floor was unexpected, but I made the best of it when moving from the massage chair to nail station. The artist was lovely and very professional. She did a very nice job! My mani-pedi was $40 plus tip!

Normally, I only go to Anna for pedi since im trying to heal my nails after all acrylics i had in the past. But, today I wanted to try mani&pedi and this is how my nails look like... I know my nails are short but this is a pretty bad job, sorry!

If you want a quality job that lasts for a few weeks, this is your place. I've gone to places all over Lafayette, Orinda and even Walnut Creek. Nothing beats Michael and Linda's family owned business. They've had the same technicians with them for 20 years. There's something to be said about that!
