I come because I love the owner here. But I’d only schedule an appointment with someone competent. Thu, Ti (her brother, I think is his name) or the other lady with long hair, I forget her name. Miss Alicia is a hard pass—NO for me. Appointment or walk-in, I think you should know what you’re doing or at least act like you want to give the customer a good experience& ask for help. She was supposed to give me a deep conditioning treatment and it felt like she wet my hair, applied the conditioner, asked me if I wanted a cap or stay at the sink. Turns out, she was supposed to put me under the steamer. She didn’t know what she was doing. That was a disappointment $35. I’ll definitely be making an appointment next time. Ughh

I just really like this place. Cuts are great&fair prices. There was this rude woman there who I heard was finally fired.
Hair waxing ? Not my go-to. I’ve given it a fair try; 3 times and always end up with left over hair. I’ll keep that to the old spot I go to. Hair cuts though? Definitely here.

No, just no. The people working are not clean at all they reuse gloves from chemical services and plastic caps. So if you get a deep conditioner, you can guarantee the plastic cap on your head was used on another, most likely getting a perm. They do not use 100% matrix products. They are mixing the color with cheap developer from Sally's beauty, and the manufacturer instructions say do not do that, not the stuff exclusively for professionals. They refill the crew gel with cheap stuff from Sally's ( completely illegal and a sham on our industry). The owners pick combs off the ground when they drop them and continue to use them on clients. No one in that place does color correctly, including Kim. They cut every corner and want you to pay for the service like they aren't. They never sanitize toops they use on customers. RAY, an owner has 7 combs .ost broken. Kim cleans hers 1 time a month, and thu never does. After 20 years in the business, I thought I had seen it all but this place. I think the owners are running it like it's in another country, not America. I would know

Worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. The miserable excuse for a hairdresser that worked there was completely rude and was roughly scraping my scalp the whole time with the comb. She also took less than 10 minutes to do the haircut. Very lazy and incompetent at her job. Don’t waste your money at this.

This place never gave good haircuts but at least it was convenient. Unfortunately I've given up on them after they completely ghosted me for an appointment. It was a 10am appt and I can understand sometimes people are running a few minutes behind, but I waited for 20 minutes and no one showed up or called. Then when I spoke to them on the phone later all they said was "yeah, there was traffic." Not so much as a "sorry for the inconvenience". I won't be going back. On the upside, I'll probably have better looking hair as a result.Service: Haircut

I have been pretending that I can cut hair for too long and my 8 y o daughter wanted a decent bob. None of the blunt shenanigans (that was my excuse). Anyways let's talk about all in the cut. You can do walk in there is a comfortable waiting area and it is located in a street mall that will keep you busy. I I booked an appointment and was recommended Tera. Super efficient booking system with a human who smiles and does small talks - how reassuring! Tera looked after my girl so so well , advising her (and me) - this woman is a pro , the scissors literally dance within her hands. Gestures are precise and she adapted to Skylœr's hair type and fed it plenty of moisturizer, blow dry and all this for $25. I left a $10 tip because I recognize exceptional service. It is not bouge , local elderly lady come here and have their color codes saved , no BS and mainly what you come for someone who was trained to cut hair.

My son needed a haircut so I took him here. Never again will I take him here after the encounter with one of the workers. The lady who cut his hair smelt of cigarettes and was super unprofessional. Not only that but she was incredibly rude and impatient, she said it was my sons fault for not remembering the size of the clippers and that he shouldn't be so careless to forgot something like that at his age. Beyond disrespectful. The haircut only took 5 minutes and I could tell why. She went extremely fast which made his hair turn out terrible. He was upset, and so I was I. Next time you visit this place, make sure you get a professional that doesn't smell like cigarettes.

Kim rocks. She uses matrix color for hair dye. Very light gentle hand ! Don't look any further, very reasonable prices for a great hairdo !

*Review During Covid-19* I made an appointment for dad recently since they are open for business outdoors. Service was friendly. The cut was okay. My dad usually doesn't spend much on haircuts, he usually goes to places where his cut is around $20, this business charges $30 so we kind of expected more. His fade on the sides was a bit bluntly done. The scissor cut at the top was decent. Just something to note if you plan on coming. Ray was the man the cut his hair I believe.
