My dude (the worker) is digging his hands into the toppings with his bare hands and eating them.

Delicious yogurt fresh and good variety of toppings costumer service was excellent on top of that they provided a free card that you sing in to and you can get points to get a free yogurt.I will come back to this place for another great experience.

I would leave this enterprise with zero stars if possible. Tried to get some frozen yogurt from YoFrutii on a weekend afternoon. Upon entering the store no worker was at the register. While browsing the flavors and employee came from the back without a mask, and then proceeded to get yogurt and toppings for themselves. No one offered to assist with my selection. While waiting for this employee to get their free yogurt, mine started to melt. Then I waited to pay at the register but no one wanted to take my money. A different employee finally came to the register only after I walked out. I'm unsure how this place is still in business, but it should be shut down by the health department regardless. Not recommended.

most unique ice cream experience literally ever. I mean when can you say you had rose water ice cream ? But yup as mashti, that's their #1 hot seller ! Coming here for myself, I can totally see why ! That was just about one of the freshest ice creams I have ever had. Even a simple standard flavor like cookies and cream had a different taste to it . Both were outstanding ! Highly recommend giving them a try. Also the lady who served us was to beyond sweet ! Wish I got her name but thank you for everything !

Okay, so don't get me wrong the quality of their froyo is quite delightful and taste good with lots of topping options and an assortment of flavors to choose from but every time my boyfriend and I come in it's the same girl that's working who is consistently so rude. Her tone makes it sound as if she doesn't care and/or doesn't even want to be bothered. Secondly, most times, the vanilla and chocolate machine is being drained and she saids that it's done for the night and it's like a hour before they close. Like vanilla and chocolate, really?! Of all favors y'all have? Lastly, today, it was the same girl as always and due to the pandemic the workers serve everything for you, which is no problem, but when ringing us up she put the spoons in as part of the weight to pay. Like when did I need to start paying for the spoon? Wack is what I tell ya. It taste good but service is everything. Not very happy :/

Have been to this yogurt shop often and am aware of the poor service by attendants who would rather be any place than there. Today was the topping on the cake and is why I will never return. I came in with my grandchild and asked for sugar free yogurt. OK, not available, I understood. Regardless of the high rate of diabetes and Keto followers in the community, sugar free yogurt is rare. I don't get why, but that's common. Then my grandson talked me into throwing 25 cents into the vending machine selling rubber balls in the shop-it was broken as it swallowed up my quarter. When I told the attendant-who had to put down her phone-she told me "Oh, those aren't our machines, we don't get anything from the money deposited." So I told her-they're in your store, appealing to your customers! Again, she reiterated they're not part of the store. No "sorry", just a suck-up-your-loss grin. Believe me, it isn't the quarter-or a disappointed 6 year old. It's the culture of inane service at this store. The yogurt is delicious if you close your eyes to the poor management and take your chances with the inadequate service.

My boyfriend and I came here to get some frozen yogurt. We walked in and wasnt greeted. We then realized a group of high school kids over by the register hanging out with Sarah who worked here who was super rude . She then was cursing at her friends and turns to me and in a rude manner and asked "if I needed something". I continued to respond with no and when on my to get my yogurt .I proceeded to pay and was not satisfied with sarahs customer service. Super rude and disrespectful.

We went last night around 8:00pm and there was a family of three eating their froyo as we got there. It was clear that the family who was eating there, was the family of the girl working. There's no problem with that, I use to love when my family visited me when I worked at a cafe. The problem was when the girl working started to yell at her mother because her mother couldn't hear her... I looked at my boyfriend and felt very awkward to be there. The mood immediately changed. I just wanted to rush and get the heck out there, but then I felt bad because I would spill a few toppings by rushing. The frozen yogurt was also a little bit runny than what frozen yogurt should be like.I'm not sure if I would be back but it is the closest frozen yogurt to me. I might make the extra drive to Simi but we will see.

My family loves frozen yogurt and we were so excited when we moved here last summer to be able to walk to YoFrutii from our house. They have several different flavors and tons of toppings. They're pretty liberal on the sample cups too. OK so here's where the not so great review comes in. The last three times we've been, the yogurt is VERY runny and watery. The girl working said it's because people don't flip the handles back and it off sets the temperature. What? Well maybe they need different machines then orrrrr maybe the employees can flip them back if they see them placed incorrectly. It's very disappointing to have watery yogurt. It even seems awkward to call it frozen yogurt because it's that runny. Also, it's not really high quality and leaves a funky aftertaste in your mouth. I'm sure we'll be back become my son likes it and it's right down the street. But personally I'm totally unimpressed.
