Employees are always friendly, professional, and go above and beyond. Today the teller, wish I got his name, helped deposit a birthday check for my son and gave back $20 in quarters to help with his 50 state quarter collection. The manager, Tyler, went out of his way to assist me in gathering some records, even though the branch is currently short staffed. Tyler and his staff are all great assets to Wells Fargo and it's customers.

Dear W F, Time to hire more tellers!

Guess they don't want new business. Brought daughter in law here to open an account last week. We were told we had to make an appointment to open an account as they are short staffed, and the first available was today at 2. We've been waiting almost half an hour and she only has a 1 hour lunch break.....apparently there's no branch manager, the teller is telling us that this is not a unique problem. The teller actually said (sarcastically) "go to Chase, and by the time you come back with a new account, she'll be able to help you!"

Worst service ever had an appointment at 12:00. The lady I had an appointment was in a meeting and did not have the time to call and reschedule or cancel the appointment just wasted my lunch waiting for her.

Fantastic service from Rudy. He's been our banker for years, and always goes above and beyond!

Same lousy service from the "Service Manager" - Went again to this branch - though I try to avoid this branch now- but I had no choice. Once more the same "service manager" (Mirna A,) showed her incompetence and lack of customer services! I made a deposit of several checks and the teller was short of the amount I was depositing (I had a list of the checks-double checked on Excel), she was obviously a new teller - she reviewed the checks on her PC and could not match the amount I was depositing. She calls the manager - the same rude woman I had a bad experience with before - this woman proceeds to also check in the computer and tells me "your totals are wrong, the two of us check and your deposit is not the amount you have" and again, without any more to say, she took the checks and just threw them in the slot dismissing me without anything else but "your numbers are wrong". I was so upset at the attitude of this low life with a "manager" title, that I took my checks and told her, "I will be calling each check and you will check again", well, after only a few checks, the woman said in almost a whisper "oh, this check is different" meaning, the two morons had checked twice and missed the amount on one of the checks - and knew I was not wrong! Did she apologize? nope! she started deviating the conversation with " well, there is a check here that we will need to put on a hold, etc. etc." in other words, she had to find something to justify her incompetence and arrogance! I just cannot understand why a woman like that is a "service manager" at a bank that is supposed to have "excellent customer services" or at least used to at this branch! Where is the manager, and what is he/her doing about this incompetent, rude woman - she has an attitude and should not be working at this branch - she is ruining the excellent record and good impression I had of this bank.

I have been banking with Wells for over 20 years and have always had great customer service at this branch. Had to close my account because we moved out of state. They paid 3 small bills on autopay (which they should not have since I closed the account). Now they are trying to charge me over $200 in fees. Called the branch and they can't get the fees reversed. What a rip off!!! Talk about a predatory company. It does not surprise me that Wells Fargo gets so much bad press. I will not do business with them again and would recommend finding a different bank or Credit Union.

New People-New Manager - the worst people at this branch ever!!! Today I went to make a deposit for a physician I work for - he has an account of over $4MM at this bank and does all his business (for more than 20 years BTW). I made the deposit, and I asked (as I always have done before) for a change of $500 in $20/bills for 5 $100 bills. The Teller (Stephanie) asked me "do you have the card or pin" I told her "no, this is a business account and I have always made changes without a card", she said "no, you cannot make any changes over $20 without ID" I insisted that I have done it before - every week at the same branch. She called the manager, and told her "she wants change and does not want to give me any ID" - Since I could hear her, I corrected her "that is not what I said - I am not refusing to show ID- I do not have the doctor's ID!" The manager came over and told me "well this is a new rule, we cannot give you the change without a card" I told her "I have always done this way before" - this woman very arrogantly just took the money and shoveled it into the slot very dismissible, with a gest of "take the money and go away, end of conversation" I could not believe the attitude of the woman! I finally had to take out my own credit card and process the transaction - change $500 in 20 dollar bills for 5 $100 dollar bills!! The woman insisted "it was a transaction" to change money for the same amount of money????? that goes beyond being a moron at math! The woman proceeded to give me a lecture about "all this is in the disclosure" etc. etc. (although she had just told me it was a new policy and changed her tune only when I asked her since when? and told her - any changed need to be communicated to customers ahead of time") The woman arrogantly brought me her card (she did not have a name tag) - her name "Mirna Albichara, Service Manager" That is the epitome of a joke! ..."service" I have been banking for many years at this brank, and the service was always exceptional - until today I encounter this new teller, and new manager that makes me feel that B of A or any other bank close by would be a better option! Horrible attitude of this woman (manager) and completely poor customer services! I will seriously plan on wither going to another branch or changing banks! These days, the options are many, and rude and arrogant managers with a bad attitude should go to work in Downtown LA! Not Moorpark,

I do most of my banking at my branch in Westlake Village CA. They are friendly, kind and well trained professionals. I live in Moorpark and sometimes I have to do some banking here in Moorpark. This branch in Moorpark is the worst bank I have ever been to, I mean any bank, not only Wells Fargo. I have been with Wells Fargo for a few years now. I have been always treated with respect by great professionals, this Wells Fargo Bank branch in Moorpark California is run by a bunch of unfriendly, unprofessional and unforgiving kids. They don't even say hello to you, they just stare at you like you owe them something. You should see the branch manager, he is leaning almost at sleep on some of the counters or some desk whenever I was there, I don't think he even cares. The rest of them have a lot of complex they think they are Gods because they're now working as a bank teller. Wow. Where do they find these people? they don't even speak proper English. If you don't speak Spanish, they treat you like you are from Mars or another planet. They become defensive and unforgiving. I'm a real Wells Fargo fan and I would always stay with them, but it seems to me I just have to find another branch near my house or just go back to my beloved branch in Westlake Village. If you are planning to open an account with Wells Fargo it's a good idea but don't go to this mismanaged and very unfriendly branch in Moorpark, go somewhere else anywhere else but not Wells Fargo Moorpark. Wells Fargo is a good banking institution but I don't understand why they let those unskilled, unprofessional and unfriendly workers run this branch. This is the kind of branch that make Wells Fargo look bad. This Branch needs new personnel from top to bottom or just close it, I'd rather drive to Westlake Village 8 Miles away than ever walk into this dump. Sorry Wells Fargo I love you but you need to do something about this branch. They are trashing your valuable name.

I just like my Moorpark Wells Fargo. Recently, I went to the Thousand Oaks Wells Fargo (1596 N Moorpark Rd, Thousand Oaks) to make a rather large deposit. I went to the 1596 N Moorpark Rd, Thousand Oaks (at Janns Road) Branch because I was in the area and it seemed convenient. I waited and waited and WAITED in line for the one teller that was on duty. After a long wait, I left the 1596 N Moorpark Rd, Thousand Oaks Branch. I was not happy. The next day I went to my good ole reliable Moorpark Branch. They were their routinely best. It is just amazing how wonderful my Moorpark Branch treats me. It was not until the treatment I experienced at the Thousand Oaks Branch that I appreciated the extra effort my Moorpark Branch strives and succeeds to achieve. Thank you Moorpark Wells Fargo, you are the best!

Had my card stolen and had to come in to the bank to get a new one. They were so attentive. Genuinely trying to make it easier on me. Bryan and his manager were so kind they brought me coffee as we combed through transactions. I wish everyone displayed this level of customer service.
