I want to publicly thank the gentleman working behind the deli/hot food counter. I don’t know his name, but he’s got a great smile and is very friendly. His attitude and customer service are excellent and I really just want to express my appreciation. I hope Vons understands what an asset you are to the team!

This is the closest grocery store next to many homes in the area, it is a convenient option. Unfortunately, the shopping experience here is a clear sign that the business is fading. Despite being a nice neighborhood, the store is dirty, understaffed and poorly maintained. There is zero cell phone reception in this store and no functioning WiFi. The staff is aware and hasn't made any fixes for over a year. The inventory is always low for popular items like eggs, milk, cheese and bread. Apathetic employees and poor inventory can be common these days. The biggest reason why I stopped shopping at this Vons is the cost. Their prices are ridiculous. Nearly twice the cost for certain staple items.

Lady at prepared food station was very rude to Me, treated me like a thief. Said I had to pay first for my food at the other side of the store, as if I was a child. I was busy and had to get the rest of my shopping done. I did not have time for this unprofessionalism. I am a 29 year old man, won’t be coming back soon.

This Von’s is our neighborhood store. I’ve been going there for over 3 years since I moved here. I absolutely love the staff so much. The Asst Store Mgr Jill is just the greatest. She and Shyanne, Priti, Isabel, Courtney, and the rest of the team are so incredibly helpful anytime I need something. Truly. I honestly can’t say enough nice things about these ladies. It’s a little more expensive here than at Ralph’s, but I’ll gladly pay extra to have such great service, and their friendly smiles. ??❤️

This location has gotten so much better over the years, in terms of keeping the lines down and making it feel More inviting. I love coming in early for the freshly baked bagels. When the staff sees me looking, if they're still putting out trays, they'll make sure I get fresh ones. There's also a Starbucks inside.

The Starbucks at this Vons charges $.75 more for a tall Americano than anywhere else in Ventura County. Do not go to the Starbucks.
