My wife and I came in to upgrade our phones. Mike helped us out and was very patient with us and answered every question. He also showed me the breakdown of all the fees and also explaining the change of our new monthly payment. He also walked us through the phone transfers easily. Mike was very personable and easy to have a conversation with. Overall, if I need to upgrade my device again or refer anyone to upgrade their phones, I would highly recommend Mike in the Moorpark location.

I went into the store this morning looking to consolidate our plan and upgrade phones potentially. They wanted 1700+ for two new phones and said that our monthly plan would go up. I asked what the number would be and the sales rep said he couldn't tell me, but it was around.....I asked for a solid monthly figure and he he kept hemming and hawing. He also told me that the deal for the IWatch/ iPad was over as well. I went to the Oaks Mall whereby Sergio took care of things in a professional manner. He even went to another store to grab a case that my wife wanted. The service between the stores couldn't be more different. I paid less than half of what the Moorpark Verizon asked for have two new phones with the option of the watch and iPad which still runs through this month. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!! HORRIBLE!

I've been coming here for the last 12 years. In the past the service hasn't been the best, but my family and I come back, because there's always been a Spanish speaker and both my parents prefer to speak in Spanish. We came back at the end of May to upgrade our phones, and let me tell you, the service was great! My parents are now older and have more questions. Although our sales guy didn't speak Spanish, he was SUPER patient with my folks. He answered their questions, and was helpful & friendly towards them. Honestly, it's rare to find great people like Mike everywhere else. I'm thankful for your help Mike. God bless!

So, I hated this store before we met Maleik, such a wonderful person, great customer service. Verizon needs more employees like him working in every store. Before becoming a good customer service person, you need to be a good human being, and that's what Maleik is. He gets us, he knows what we are going through, he gives us exactly what we need, he answers all our questions, and most of all he's very patient. Please keep him at this store, forever in your company. Unlike all the horrible customer service and racism we have experienced, he's the only good thing that happened. Thank you, Maleik, keep up the good work and the great person you are, not many people exist like you.Update:So, I wanted to make a few corrections because I do not want anyone to be misinformed or offended . I understand that the word RACISM is a very harsh word and should be used only in extreme situations, however I did experience racism during the process of trying to sign up with Verizon. I had to go back and forth to about 5 different Verizon stores to get the job done and the reason why I said I hated this store is mainly because of that, being the local Verizon store, they couldn’t get us signed up, and our questions weren’t answered properly, we were more confused than we were enlightened, we had to go to the best buy in Simi Valley to get it done and compared to the rest of the employees that helped us, Maleik is very knowledgeable in his work and that's the the reason why we wanted to share our experience. Anyways, I did not want to mention any person or store in particular when it comes to the racism part.Please remember, every race has racists, not just white. There are good and bad people in every race and I have nothing against any race in particular. There are two types of racism, direct and indirect, just for the clarification.

What a delight. So you enter these places with your guard up expecting to be swindled and swayed to some extent. We have all had that experience in a wireless store not knowing what we’re signing up for. That’s why I went with my mom to help her out.I found the most helpful gentleman named Malik.He was as straight forward as could be and could not care less what he sells you. He wants you to get what you want.Helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Even over multiple days when we had to come back in due to a Verizon wireless system glitch to no fault of their own.Props for being true salesman and not the slightest bit swindlers. Gentleman through and through.

Terrible customer service. Rude employees especially Malick and the manager. Not an actual Verizon store, just an authorized dealer. Stay away... there's plenty of better options out there.

Waited for almost an hour without any even an hello or a look in our direction. Once we got helped they said they are unable to assist as they are not a Verizon store just a retailer. Compete waist of time!! Avoid this place!!!

I went to moorpark location to get 2 new iphones with new contracts. people at work told me they can't sale me, I asked them why they told they are the 3 party and I have to go to Simi Valley. I asked the supervisor after I bought 2 I phone 12s she said they could of help you but I'm glad you came here. Don't go this location to many lazy people not enough help

Malik is the best Verizon representative I have ever dealt with in nearly 20 years. Thank you for the great service Malik. You're a great asset to the company brand. This review is mainly a reflection of the wonderful service I received from Malik. Being helped by a person like Malik made coming to this store a pleasant experience. The other gentleman was very kind to me and treated me well during my visits to this location as well. Overall, this Verizon store is a great one.

Came in to switch service providers to Verizon. Michael was extremely helpful, patient, and efficient throughout the entire process. He was lighthearted and personable as he helped through every step. I was in and out of there quickly and he was very informative regarding all of my options. Great experience!

Needed new phones and since Verizon is our provider off we went to our local store. We were helped by Curtis who provided excellent customer service while being friendly and engaging. He made the process so enjoyable. If your in the market for new phones, stop in and see him.
