I’ve never had a problem with this post office until this week. They have lost 2 of my packages and none of the employees can give an answer as to what happened. I would go somewhere else if I was you. Horrible.

This is a criticism of the mail delivery staff in Moorpark. I live in a complex where the mail boxes are grouped together and the individual mail boxes are very narrow. Today and two other times, packages are shoved into the box that should be left at the front door! I had to struggle to get today’s package out so I wouldn’t damage it. I guess the delivery person doesn’t want to get out of their vehicle!! Also, in the past, I have received mail belonging to a few of my neighbors. One of my neighbors has received my mail as well. I have lived here 3 years and I went to the Moorpark Post office twice to complain. Both times I was told the supervisor wasn’t in and the front office staff took down my complaint and said they would have her call me. Needless to say she never called .

Who really reviews post offices? ME! I am writing to review the staff, they are all fantastic. Even when I call this location, they are so sweet, extremely professional and friendly. We absolutely LOVE Danny. Danny always has a smile on his face. You can truly tell that he cares about his work. I've never met anyone who is so diligent, thorough and extremely helpful! We love, love Danny and words just can't describe what a great human he is. Excellent work, THANK YOU for all that you do. You're the best. We appreciate you!

I went to do a change of address and they didn't even ask for id or anything I now live across the country and have to go back to the post office to verify I changed it. The system is all automated when calling. I said representative and even tried to say change of address when it came up on menu. It kept trying to get me to track a package. Get your s*** together and help people out like an actual human works there not this robot bull.

I was in a bind today right at the 5:00pm deadline and the Moorpark PO saved me! David was able to help me out with a kind smile. Very nice to have this kind of customer service in Moorpark.

I wish this was my local post office. The staff, especially Juan, were outstanding, including being above and beyond helpful and courteous. I'm so used to leaving the post office frustrated and upset I don't even know what to say. This post office is awesome!

This one lady was arguing with me and kept interrupting when I told her that the fruit I was shipping to New York wasn’t fragile she said all fruits have juice even though the one I was shipping was a Italian fruit called nespolè as a full Italian I was trying to tell her it was fine but she kept yelling at me and talking over me.1 star

Being government workers you work for the people. But they not only don't care. They are mean. I see why they have a lot of bad reviews. Majority of the public feel the same way. Someone needs to come in and clean house. Fire the nasty workers and get in people who care.

If you drop off a prepaid package, GET A RECEIPT! These people are the laziest, most pathetic and incompetent excuses for government employees you'll most likely ever deal with! They do not scan the packages when they receive them if you just drop them off. You may as well leave them outside on the curb and cross your fingers that it gets picked up and delivered!If anyone 'working' here decides to roll the dice and steal your package and find out if they want what you're shipping, you will have no recourse of action in filing a claim against them, save for video recording the drop off itself, possibly.Do yourself a favor and boycott this location until they pull their collective heads out of their you-know-whats!

Great place. Closest post office to my house so I went there to send parcel and was surprised with friendliness of all the employees. Woman with name Alpha is amazing, very helpful and welcoming. Explains everything and makes sure address is correct etc. plenty of parking. It's a bummer to see such a low rating for this location. Sergio

I drop off packages for delivery regularly here and 2 in the past month mysteriously disappear and never get scanned in. I called and no one picks up the phone! I will report this higher up.
