5060 Goldman Ave, Moorpark“It’s rare these days when you get good service and therefore it needs to be recognized. I rented a truck from this location to do some minor moving of household items. Every step of the process went smoothly, from the reservation to checkout.Although when I brought the truck back the next morning I noticed I had to put more gas in the tank than I thought I had used. It seems you have to check the gas gauge & your contract to verify how much gas you need to bring it back with an equal amount as when you left. That’s normal. But it took 4 gallons and I had only driven 18 miles. Something was not right.So when I checked the truck back in I confronted the first person I came upon with anger. His name is Cory and I started out the conversation pretty aggressively.In a matter of moments, Cory calmly explained to me what likely happened, told me that I wasn’t the first person this happened to, then apologized, and offered a fair reimbursement for the extra expense I incurred.Just like that! Problem solved.If corporate U-Haul is reading this then you need to hire more employees like Cory. He quickly handled an angry customer and diffused the situation with a little reason. He didn’t need to give me a full refund, and I didn’t expect that, just make it right. A few dollars was all it took.Too often people skills and some common sense are overlooked when in the service business. So thank you, Cory.”
“This is an outstanding deal that I couldn't be happier about! I recently had a hitch installed, and I saved a whopping $800 in the process. “Corey, the business manager, did a great job from start to finish on informing/recommending the right trailer hitch setup for our Ford Escape, which is def not a workhorse. He allowed us to drop off the car early and they finished before the pickup time he gave us which was perfect! Corey made sure our set-up worked on a trailer before we were told to pick it up -- and then was pleasant and agreeable when my husband requested it be connected to a trailer (a second time) so he could see & confirm everything was good to go in person. Perfect service. Organized yard and store. A+++++ all the way!”

2) what is price per mile for each of those vehicles ((yes they're different))
3) is the vehicle I'm deciding upon available from NOW for 24 hours?
Also take a video of the vehicle, all around, concentrating on ANY damage. Take pics of license plate, odometer, and gas gauge.”
