Wow my girlfriend and I just went and saw Sam (the new owner) and let me just say that it was such an amazing experience! Sam is wonderful and everyone needs to come back and give the new owner a shot. The previous owners were not good and a lot of people are not coming back because they don't know that the store has been renovated by new people. Great experience today, great prices, and I definitely recommend. I will be back soon my friend.

New ownership!! Just wow! Walking in for the first time since the new owner took over and it looks completely different. It’s bright, more product options and the layout makes more sense for the space. So happy with what the new owner Sam has done! He is extremely nice and customer service minded! If you had a bad experience in the past with this place, you’ll definitely want to give it another try!! Worth it! :)

This store changed ownership a few months ago and since then it has improved significantly. Prices are substantially lower, there’s a larger inventory of products, and the interior was redone and looks really nice. You can tell the new owner really cares about his products and customer service. Would highly recommend shopping here for all your tobacco needs.

Ownership changed recently and the shop is better then ever. The owner is super friendly and the prices are always the best in town with the deals they run. They redesigned the whole interior and got a big glass humidifier for all the cigars so you can see all the options. I’ve noticed a drastic change in the store since the new management and wouldn’t purchase elsewhere because of how friendly and affordable they are.

I went here looking for cigars for father's day and the owner working at the front was extremely helpful and helped me pick something that was good but also in my price range. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this shop. If you are looking for something for yourself or a gift for a loved one this is the place you want to go to, friendly, cheap but high quality, and is extremely hospital.

Sam is the man! I used to avoid this place but seeing that the management changed I decided to give it another try. With Father’s Day coming up, I thought a cigar would be a perfect gift. Sam was really helpful and showed me a quality selection of cigars and the price was reasonable! Thank you Sam!

This place just got a new owner his name is Sam and he’s a kind and accommodating owner I was turned off from this place because of the existing owner but I can safely say I look forward to doing business here in the future thank you so much for the great business!

My friends and I absolutely love this shop, we don’t go anywhere else. They got new ownership recently and since they’ve just been so so kind. The man who took over the shop does really care about his customers and he makes sure to always take care of us. I highly recommend coming here for anything you need. They know what they’re doing. :)

Very excited to learn that this shop is under new ownership. I stopped by the other morning to grab something and was surprised to see Sam behind the counter. I have been buying vape supplies from Sam for years in Santa Barbara. I cannot imagine anyone has more knowledge of the vaping industry than him. The reason why I am excited of the new ownership is that, rather than working as an employee, it turns out that, this is now Sam's store--the American dream is alive and well in Moorpark, California! I went back to the other day and saw Sam has already gone to work improving the product selection. We talked for a bit about all the changes that are coming soon. As soon as some of the new display cases are in, there should be a lot more products. In the meantime, plenty of high-quality juices are in stock. Based on the old reviews, I imagine a lot of people stopped shopping here. If this is you, I highly recommend you go back and give this store another shot. If you never shopped here before and are looking for high quality products at a fair price, I recommend this store for sure--especially if you have questions. To get the most enjoyment out of vaping, there is a lot to know and a lot to consider. Sam will steer you in the right direction. There is a reason I used to buy all my vaping supplies at a shop in Santa Barbara. It is great to know that Sam will reap the benefits of his labor much greater now that in the years past. If you do shop here under the new ownership, you too should leave a review. The low rating that the store has as of the date of this post is misleading. If more people leave their honest reviews, I have no doubt the number of stars will increase.

I’ve been coming here for years. Recently they got new owners and things have definitely changed for the better! Very friendly service, great prices and so many new products! Best smoke shop in town.
