Our rep, Marla, was very patient and helpful in getting us setup, as we were new to selling cigars, and she continues to take excellent care of us. P&K is the only vendors I use because I can't beat the selection, easy to use website, quality (always fresh cigars) and most of all, the customer service Marla continues to provide us.”
“Wow my girlfriend and I just went and saw Sam (the new owner) and let me just say that it was such an amazing experience! Sam is wonderful and everyone needs to come back and give the new owner a shot. The previous owners were not good and a lot of people are not coming back because they don't know that the store has been renovated by new people.
