I do not usually give a bad review, but I feel compelled to warn others regarding their return policy . I purchased some bagged coffee and when I opened, it was obviously spoiled. I took it back and they refused a refund since I opened it. They just said no. That seems wrong and I will never shop there again. I was a loyal customer for years. Today I am closing my account. Seems customers dont matter.

I am very disappointed in the service. you need to carefully check the products that are sold, because the label may indicate that there are two products. And if you want to return the product, the cost will not be reimbursed.
