I bought a bunch of treats here, the big tin and the bag, and my pets won't touch them. Grabbed same flavor from the market and they'll jump at them. Dollar store and they're all over them. They must be old as heck at Theresa's or something. Pets will ignore them and go eat their normal food. Won't be making pet purchases here.

They have very good quality pet food at reasonable prices; the people are very helpful and nice.I go for doggy stuff and bird food.Only downside is they play country music in the store?

Staff is always friendly. I have been a regular shopper at both the Simi and Moorpark stores for several years. Although they are a smaller, family owned business, the prices compare very favorably with the big-box stores where it's very difficult to find anyone for help. Our dog is getting older and was beginning to have digestive issues. Kevin at Moorpark recommended changing his kibble to the Lucy brand and adding a small amount of canned pumpkin. We also give him a small amount of powdered probiotic, and the digestive issues are 100% completely alleviated for months now! Congrats on the new stores!

It's great having a local pet store BUT when they don't stand behind the products they sell what good are they? Bought a toy for my 13 lb. Poodle and it started to come apart after 20 min. I went to bring it back and I was told WE DON'T TAKE TOYS BACK, CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER. Well Theresa's I will just take my close to $1,000 worth of annual business for dog food and other products and buy from Chewys.com at least they take products back or issue credits happily. BUYER BEWARE these guys don't give a damn about their customers, so good luck if you have any issue. They will be out of business soon with this kind of treatment!

So my roomate has a 20 Year old Ball Python who hasn't been wanting to eat for about 6 months now. We usually go and get Large or Jumbo Mice from Theresa's. We have been able to return the rats at least once before at this location with no issues. We always come back within 30 minutes to an hour if needed to return the mouse. Last time he came in, they would not let my roomate return it. One of my best friends works at this location, I asked this morning what the return policy is, when my friend asked another employee, my friend was told that we could return mice within 48 hours but small mice / rats are unreturnable. I stated we always get the big ones and come within an hour, so I called the store to get more answers in depth. Janae answered my call, after telling me that they have a no return policy at all after leaving the store, i asked why that is and she just became rude and snappy to me and didn't really answer my question. I thought if it was a contamination issue it would make sense but that wasn't the case. I used to work the shot clinics at your Simi location, which I love and have recommended to various people over the last 10 years but this new Moorpark location is just rudely disorganized with customer service and policies, after my experience today I don't think I ever want to come back.

Came in to get my dog's teeth cleaned The lady I believe her name is Harmony did an excellent job took really good care of our dog I know he doesn't like getting his teeth cleaned but she was great would definitely recommend going there

Love coming here to browse with my pup. Really good selection of toys and treats and free popcorn starting at 11am daily! Can’t complain about that. Awesome prices, too! They’ll special order a specific food for you if you ask.
