Took two trips for my pick up order. Ordered 7, got 1. Billed the full amount. Took another phone call to get the billing fixed as local store couldn't help. No more ordering online for me.

I went to Target just to return something, and I met a guy named Aziz who helped me out really quickly. He was nice and said something nice about me too. Aziz is a great worker, and Target should have more people like him!

This hugh target store has everything you want at target's. Every target store is basically the same. Target's are in every neighborhood; enjoy shopping.

I used to love coming to this Target just to browse and shop while taking my time, but now all I do is curbside pick-up. I would grab a coffee on my way in and now I don't even do that. The new layout is terrible, and the store is always messy/out of stock on many things. It is always hard to find workers around to help when you need them, and it takes forever to cash out at the registers. There is usually 1-2 cashiers max during peak times. They want you to use self check-out, but there is never anyone there to help. If you are purchasing a promotion that gives you a gift card, you literally have to hunt someone down so that they can give you a gift card to scan because they never have any at self check-out. I avoid going inside as much as possible. Plan to spend at least 20 min checking out.

Yes, they were busy here at this Target today. But my wife, daughter and I waited for someone to help us for 20 minutes at a self-checkout stand because the receipt got jammed and no one had the keys to open the compartment. And they were rude about it when I asked for assistance, especially the tall curly-haired, semi-tattooed, Post Malone-looking dude in the front with an "asset management " vest I believe, not doing anything, who talked back and snarled at me when I asked for help. He stared me down asking for confrontation with his eyes. It's such a shame I had this negative experience at my local Target. Finally when they helped us 20 minutes later, a simple sorry for the wait would have been nice but she just stepped away irritated that she had to help us out.
